'Only God Forgives' Premiere Wish List

I am surprised by the lackluster promo tour for 'Only God Forgives' with it only having a glam star studded premiere when it screened in Cannes in May. The film has gone on to have screenings at the LA Film Fest among others but Kristin Scott Thomas and Ryan Gosling have been nowhere in sight. I am hoping that before the movie releases into theaters on July 19th we will see the stars take to one more red carpet in LA, New York, or London to premiere this film. To do this I would love to see the sophisticated Kristin Scott Thomas to wear this amazing silver Chanel Fall 2013 Couture sheath gown. I think that this gown is perfect for Kirsten who favors very sophisticated ensembles for her red carpet appearances. This gown paired with a silver Edie Parker clutch an a pair of silver Salvatore Ferragamo satin pumps, and glamorous Cartier diamonds to complete this amazing ensemble.

Ryan Gosling has been, much to the worlds disappointment, absent from the promotional tour for this film. I am hoping that we get Ryan and Kristin Scott Thomas arm in arm as they would be a glamorous couple together on the red carpet. For this premiere I would love to see Ryan wear this amazing silver Gucci Fall 2013 Menswear tuxedo. Ryan is one of my favorite men to see on the red carpet because he constantly keeps things interesting by not wearing the basic red carpet standard black tuxedo. This suit would look amazing next to Kristin in the silver Chanel which is another reason why I picked it for him.

'Only God Forgives' LA Film Festival Wish List

 The 2013 LA Film Fest will feature a gala screening of 'Only God Forgives' on Thursday night. The first premiere for this film came in late May during the 2013 Cannes Film Festival and was presided over by the films director and star Kristin Scott Thomas. It is extremely likely that Kristin will journey to LA for the premiere of this film. I am wishing to see Kristin wear this amazing deep purple Zac Posen Resort 2014 pleated chiffon caped cocktail dress. Kristin has never donned a Zac Posen creation before but I believe that this amazing cocktail dress would look absolutely stunning on her and is age appropriate. Complete this look with a pair of gold sandals, a gold clutch, and complete with a gold and diamond broach on her upper lapel.

Ryan Gosling shocked everyone when the seasoned Cannes Film Festival veteran did not arrive on the French Riviera to help his co-star Kristin Scott Thomas promote their new film but I am hoping that he will come out on Thursday night. This Gucci Fall 2013 Menswear ensemble consisting of charcoal grey pants, an ash grey button down shirt, and a red sport coat. I think that this look done up with a single button done on the blazer and a single button undone on the button down. Complete with a pair of black patent leather lace up oxfords and Ryan will make a welcome red carpet return.

2013 Cannes Film Festival: 'Only God Forgives' Premiere Wish List

'Only God Forgives' is the next film that Ryan Gosling will be presenting at the Cannes Film Festival. Back in 2011 Ryan presented 'Drive' during the festival he exclusively wore Salvatore Ferragamo for all of his appearances. Lately Ryan has been a hardcore Gucci devote so it would not surprise me to see him wear a tuxedo my the Italian label for the premiere of this film during this years festival. I think out of all the tuxedos that were presented at the Gucci Fall 2013 Menswear show that this grey with black cuff and shawl collar is what Ryan is most likely to chose. Ryan strays away from the Hollywood standard black silk tuxedo often and because of this that he is one of my favorite men to see take to the red carpet because you never know what it will be that he pulls out.

English actress Kristin Scott Thomas is no stranger to the Cannes Film Festival back in 2010 she was the Mistress of Ceremonies. In that year she wore two stunning Armani Prive gowns and two fashion forward Lanvin custom creations. Well for this years festival and the premiere of 'Only God Forgives' I would love to see Kirstin wear this red and black floral printed Lanvin Fall 2013 RTW dress presented on the runway at cocktail length modified into a full length ball gown. Kirstin modified another Lanvin dress, from the Spring 2010 RTW collection which the runway version was worn by Sarah Jessica Parker, for the Cannes Film Festival Closing Ceremony in 2010. Complete this look with a black Roger Vivier clutch with a crystal buckle, black Salvatore Ferragamo stain peep toe pumps, and some ruby and diamond jewelery and Kristin will wow on the red carpet. 'Only God Forgives' will premiere at the Palais de Festivals on May 22, 2013 a week after the festival opens.
