2013 Teen Choice Awards Wish List: Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift has been constantly breaking out of her country princess and going glam royalty but it has been much of the same with the embellishments. I am hoping to see something totally off the wall when she steps out at the 2013 Teen Choice Awards next month. This nude Zuhair Murad Resort 2014 jumpsuit would be exactly what she needs to shock me. After donning short Herve Leger minis and cut out Emilio Pucci gowns I think that this jumpsuit isn't to far out of the realm of possibilities for her red carpet options. This is one event where if Taylor wanted to rock a jumpsuit she totally could. I would finish this look off with a sleek straight hairstyle and just a pair of nude Christian Louboutin peep toe platform pumps. Keeping it simple would be the way to go for Taylor.

2013 Teen Choice Awards Wish List: Selena Gomez

Selena Gomez has been transitioning from Disney princess to solo artist for about a year now and with a lot of help from Versace. This transition started in early Fall of 2012 when Selena stepped out onto the red carpet at the Venice Film Festival premiere of her film 'Spring Breakers' in s sophisticated nude Atelier Versace gown and forever changed the dynamics of her red carpet style. Gone are the days of sugary sweet ballgowns and in are the days of daring sleek looks and mini dresses, done quite tastefully of course. For the 2013 Teen Choice Awards, which Selena has garnered several nominations for, I would love to see Selena wear this white Versace Resort 2014 cocktail dress with long sheer sleeves. This dress is sophisticated yet sexy which is every that Selena embodies in her new look. Finish the ensemble with a pair of silver Jimmy Choo platform sandals and an emerald green clutch will make for a perfect red carpet look for the 2013 Teen Choice Awards.

2013 Teen Choice Awards Wish List: Saoirse Ronan

I will say that I truly loved watching 'The Host' which is the film based on 'Twilight' author Stephanie Myers novel of the same name which has garnered star Saoirse (pronounced Sore-Shah) Ronan a nomination for the 2013 Teen Choice Awards. Saoirse is a true fashion girl wearing the brands that fashion editors love and not the usual red carpet standard brands like Proenza Schouler, Osman, Christopher Kane, and Rodarte. While all of those brands are fabulous I am choosing a designer with a little bit more of a red carpet history, Nina Ricci. I think that this yellow and white Nina Ricci Resort 2014 ruffled cocktail dress would be the perfect choice for Saoirse. I would change the green skinny belt to a gold one and pair this dress with a pair of on trend white pumps or sandals to complete this amazing look which is perfect for an end of summer event like this one!

2013 Teen Choice Awards Wish List: Nina Dobrev

Nina Dobrev has been knocking out of the fashion ball park the past two years and I have to say that I am glad that she finally found her fashion footing as she is such a beautiful woman. Nina is nominated for several awards for both her hit CW show 'The Vampire Diaries' as well as her film 'The Perks of Being a Wallflower' which debuted almost a year ago during the Toronto International Film Festival. Having worn a cute blue and white gingham D&G dress in 2011 and a much more sophisticated teal J. Mendel dress for 2012 awards I would love to see Nina mesh the fun and the sophisticated with this Monique Lhuillier Resort 2014 ensemble. I love the oversized abstract houndstooth print on the bubble hemmed skirt and the sexy sophistication that the one shoulder lace top gives the look. I would complete this look not with black sandals, as presented, but with a pair of on trend white pumps and a clutch in a stand out color like yellow or aqua.

2013 Teen Choice Awards Wish List: Mila Kunis

Whilst I love Mila Kunis I am not entirely sure that she will take to the red carpet at the 2013 Teen Choice Awards next month. This year she has been on a roll with her red carpet style after a disappointing 2012 and I am hoping that if she does walk the red carpet that she will look absolutely stunning like she has been. I would pick this black and grey Jason Wu Fall 2013 RTW lace print dress with a structural peplum for the former 'That 70's Show' star. This dress is demure but still sexy which would only be enhanced by Mila's stunning body and sexy attitude. I would only add a simple pair of black Christian Louboutin pumps to complete this look as this dress is just enough on its own.

2013 Teen Choice Awards Wish List: Lea Michele

I would like to start this post out by sending my most sincere condolences to Lea Michele and the rest of the cast members of  'Glee' as well as the Family, Friends, and Fans of Corey Monteith who past away this past weekend. I am sure that we will not be seeing much of Lea on the red carpet but I think that the 2013 Teen Choice Awards is where she will make her first public appearance after the loss of her long time boyfriend. I think that this ethereal Atelier Versace Spring 2013 Couture dress would look absolutely stunning on the star who likes to go big or go home and this is definitely a little over the top for the 'Glee' star. I would complete this look with a pair of gold sandals and possibly a gold clutch and that would be it!

2013 Teen Choice Awards Wish List: Kristen Stewart

Kristen Stewart will be taking her final walk on the Teen Choice Awards red carpet nominated for 'Twilight" which she has only garnered one nomination this year for Choice Movie: Liplock between her and ex-boyfriend Robert Pattinson in the final installment of  'The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn.' I have a love hate relationship with Kristen Stewart when she takes to the red carpet because she either looks great or like a disheveled mess. I am hoping that she will look amazing on this red carpet and do we wearing this black and white Maxime Simoens Resort 2014 cocktail dress. Maxime Simoens is an up and coming brand that celebrities around the world are starting to discover and rock on the red carpet and the Resort 2014 collection is full of red carpet potential. Kirsten would look really pretty in this dress with her long locks cascading over one shoulder and a pair of black strappy sandals, like the ones paired with the dress on the runway.' If she did this then I think that she will have an amazing red carpet moment on her hands.

2013 Teen Choice Awards Wish List: Kerry Washington

Kerry Washington used to be a favorite and was one of my favorites during awards season but lately I am not loving what she is what bringing to the red carpet and I am hoping that she will bring back the high fashion when she steps out for the 2013 Teen Choice Awards. This magenta Giles Fall 2013 RTW cocktail dress would be the perfect option for Kerry for this event who is nominated for Choice Movie Actress: Comedy for Peeples. This dress paired with a black Edie Parker clutch and a pair of black strappy sandals would be the perfect finishing touches to this amazing avant garde ensemble.

2013 Teen Choice Awards Wish List: Hayden Panetiere

Hayden Panettiere can either have a great look or a tragic look when she steps out on the red caret there does not seem to be a middle ground for the actress. The 'Nashville' actress is nominated for Choice TV Actress: Drama for her role in the hit musical series and I am hoping that we will see an absolutely amazing red carpet look from the star. I would put her in this electric blue sporty Preen Resort 2014 cocktail dress. The Teen Choice Awards, much like the Kids Choice Awards, has to be one of the most casual red carpet events and only a few break the norm and wear couture for this event. This Preen dress is absolutely perfect for this event short, fun, and flirty. Complete this look with a bronze Jimmy Choo 'Candy' clutch and a pair of brown Christian Louboutin glitter peep toe slingback pumps. If she were to do this and then many people will have herself a best dressed look on her hands that will be recognized world round.

2013 Teen Choice Awards Wish List: Gwyneth Paltrow

Gwyneth Paltrow will undoubtedly be rocking the 2013 Teen Choice Awards red carpet as she is nominated for two awards for her role in 'Iron Man 3.' After a slightly lackluster promotional tour for the film I am hoping to see Gwyneth Paltrow make a stellar red carpet moment at this awards show. To do so I would love to see her wear this black and gold Julien Macdonald Fall 2013 RTW beaded dress. I can see Gwynie sortening this dress to me more above the knee which would be a choice I could still get behind for this event. A pair of black Chrisitian Louboutin sandals and a black clutch would be the perfect subtle finishing touches to complete this amazing red carpet ensemble.

2013 Teen Choice Awards Wish List: Emma Watson

Emma Watson may have put her Teen Choice Awards hit franchise 'Harry Potter' behind her but she has still managed to grab two nominations this year. She is nominated for Choice Movie Actress for 'Perks of Being a Wallflower' and Candies Choice Style Icon this year and I am really excited to see her take to the red carpet. Lately when Emma has not been donning Chanel she has been reping British based brands like Christopher Kane, Marios Schwab, Antonio Berardi, and Peter Pilotto. For this years Teen Choice Awards I would love for Emma to cement her 'Style Icon' status by wearing this amazing coral Marios Schwab Resort 2014 cocktail dress with a sculptural peplum top. She would rock the red carpet in this modern yet classic dress finished with just a pair of strappy gold sandals and a sleek hairstyle to keep the look simple yet glamorous.
