Alicia Vikander is a current face of Louis Vuitton and she, for the most part, wears the role well. I have been really fatigued by other LV spokesmodel, *couch* Jennifer Connelly *cough*, so it has been a real treat to see Alicia looking so pretty in different LV silhouettes. For the "The Man From U.N.C.L.E." premiere in NYC I would love to see Alicia grab up another different look from the Louis Vuitton Cruise 2016 collection. I think that this black patent snakeskin gown with diagonal stripes would be an elegant yet ultra modern choice for Alicia to make for this premiere. I think that this look is perfect for a premiere of a spy film ass it is sexy, sleek, and ultra chic. Where this look could go really wrong is with the styling. I would pair this gown with a simple LV clutch, a pair of simple black sandals, hair pulled back and a red lip will ensure that this look is finished off perfectly.

"10,000 Saints" NYC Premiere Wish List
The "10,000 Saints" premiere in NYC popped up on my radar recently and I have actually never heard of this film. I had to do an IMDB search to see what the film is about. I didn't learn much besides the movie is set in 1980's NYC and it stars Hailee Steinfeld and Ethan Hawke. I gotta say that the attachment of Hailee Steinfeld to the project made the movie that much more desirable to me to post about. I love seeing what Hailee wears on the red carpet and this premiere will be no different. I would love to see Hailee wear this pink, black, and white Lanvin Resort 2016 shift dress. This dress is chic but still age appropriate for the 18 year old actress. Finished with a pink clutch, black sandals and some chic hair and makeup and Hailee will have a perfect premiere look.

Yves St Laurent Returns to Couture! (Kinda)
It was announced this morning that Saint Laurent was going to be relaunching itself back into couture under the Yves Saint Laurent label. Back in 2012 when Heidi Slimane first stepped into the role of Creative Director at YSL and dropped the Yves from the name he also hinted to the fashion world that he was going to be saving the Yves Saint Laurent label for a return to haute couture at some point. Well that day has come, kinda. Yves Saint Laurent will be creating custom "couture" pieces but there will be no presentation of seasons during Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week any time soon.
Heidi Slimane is going to only be creating Yves Saint Laurent Couture for a personally selected group of individuals. The collection will be created with the clients personally and on a case by case basis. We do get a sneak peak into what the collection will include with an all black and white ad campaign that Heidi Slimane shot himself in the YSL Atelier in Paris. Classic suits and timeless gowns were what was featured mostly in the campaign, but we have been told that the Yves Saint Lauren couture collection is not just limited to formal wear for women but will also include everyday wear as well as menswear. To get Yves Saint Laurent couture one must apply and then be personally selected by Mr Slimane.
I have also been told that the Yves Saint Laurent Couture label will work with clients to recreate those enviable "custom" red carpet looks that celebrities wear for major movie premieres, awards shows, and film festivals that are worn under the Saint Laurent label. I have to say that I am really excited to see where the Yves Saint Laurent Couture label goes. The house of Saint Laurent has had a 25% increase in sales in the last year and I am hoping that if the couture label really takes off and sells that one day in the near future we will actually see Yves Saint Laurent back on the couture circuit during Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week.
"Masterminds" NYC Premiere Wish List
Kristen Wiig was not on top form, though she has never really blown me away, at the 2015 Met Ball in a canary yellow Prabal Gurung sack dress. I am hoping that at the "Masterminds" premiere in NYC that Kirsten gives me an awesome red carpet moment. I picked this ice blue Balenciaga Resort 2016 silk draped cocktail dress with draped ab cut outs for Kristen because it is classic but sexy and modern all at the same time. Finish the look with a pair of prismatic silver pumps and a mirrored clutch and this look is red carpet ready.

"Fantastic 4" London Premiere Wish List
While I was able to find a definitive date for the "Fantastic 4" NYC premiere I was not able to find one for the London premiere, but I do know that one is going to take place. I figure that this premiere will be a big deal and I think that couture will most likely be what Kate Mara will choose to wear for London. Before we resort to all the dark structured gowns of Fall I am hoping that Kate will give us a summery offering in this floral Christian Dior Fall 2015 Couture tea length gown. I think that this is a gown befitting a major premiere and if Kate doesn't snatch it up I bet we will see JLaw wear it during the "Mockingjay Part 2" promo tour later this year. A pair of gold sandals and light palette of hair and makeup will ensure that Kate is center stage and summery at the "Fantastic 4" London premiere.

"Fantastic 4" NYC Premiere Wish List
Next Tuesday, August 4, the cast of "Fantastic 4" will take to the red carpet to premiere the film in New York City. The latest installment of the superhero franchise stars the beautiful Kate Mara as the lone female with Michael B. Jordan, Miles Teller, and Jaime Bell. This promo tour is bound to be a well dressed cast all the way around. For the NYC premiere I would love to see Kate wear this black Chanel Fall 2015 Couture sleeveless feathered cocktail dress. I think that this edgy yet classic dress is perfect for a NYC premiere which tend to be a little more laid back, not a place for a big gown. Finish the look with a pair of simple black sandals, a pair of simple earrings, a red lip, and slicked back hair to ensure that Kate stands out on the red carpet.
