#Cannes2015: amfAR Cinema Against AIDS Gala Red Carpet Wish List Part 2

Emily Blunt sizzled at the amfAR Cinema Against AIDS Gala during the 2010 Cannes Film Festival wearing a red hot Georges Chakra dress. It was one of Emily's best and most memorable looks. Since then Emily has not attended another amfAR gala but I am hoping that since her film "Sicario" is premiering just two days before this years festival that Emily will stick around and walk the amfAR red carpet as well. I think that for this event that Emily would look amazing wearing this sherbert orange Jenny Packham Fall 2015 RTW gown which features a deep plunge, rouched waist, and flowing skirt. This gown perfectly embodies the light air of Cannes. Finished with a simple pair of gold sandals, a gold clutch, simple earrings, swept back hair, and a pink lip and Emily would kill the red carpet at the amfAR Cinema Against AIDS Gala come Thursday evening.

Fan Bingbing did her L'Oreal brand ambassador duties on the first two days being crowned Best Dressed of the first day in Ralph & Russo Couture and then slightly waning in Marchesa on Thursday. If the stunning Chinese actress does stay in Cannes for the amfAR Gala then I would love to see Fan wear this black Elie Saab Pre-Fall 2015 sleeveless ball gown that features a tulle construction with beaded embroidery throughout the bodice. It has been a hot minute since Fan has had a memorable Elie Saab moment and I think that this has the potential to be her next memorable moment. Finish the look with a Louis Vuitton clutch, a pair of black pumps, a pair of Chopard diamond & emerald cluster earrings, a sleek bun, and a red lip and this look is finished to perfection.

Heidi Klum almost always attends the amfAR Cinema Against AIDS gala and almost always she shows up in a creation by Marchesa. I would go for this simple Marchesa Fall 2015 RTW halter gown with a deep plunge and feather detail at the waist. This gown is chic, elegant, with a hint of sexy for Heidi. With the theme of this years big fashion show being black and white I am sure that we are bound to see a lot of black and white gowns on the red carpet. Black Christian Louboutin sandals, a pair of statement diamond earrings, a red lip, and old Hollywood waves would ensure that Heidi lives up to her red carpet potential at the amfAR gala.

Last but not least for todays wishes is for the always stunning Jane Fonda. At the age of 77 Jane still gives some amazingly sexy red carpet moments. With her film "Youth" premiering the night before I am praying that Jane will attend the amfAR Cinema Against AIDS Gala. I would love to see Jane wear this copper Monique Lhuillier Fall 2015 RTW long sleeve gown that features a sheath silhouette with burnout silk velvet construction in a floral motif, an illusion bodice, and an exposed back. The sexy cutouts can be modified to be covered with illusion netting but I think that Jane would shut the red carpet down in this gown. Finish the look with a bronze Raowulf clutch, a pair of bronze peep toe pumps, a pair of simple earrings, and a red lip and Jane will for sure be one of the best dressed.

Wow. That was all I had to say when Fan Bingbing took to the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival Opening Ceremony & "La Tete Haute" Premiere today. The stunning Chinese actress evoked old Chinese pottery with her custom caped sleeved Ralph & Russo Couture gown. Finished with perfect hair and makeup courtesy of L'Oreal Paris, a Louis Vuitton clutch, and Chopard jewels. I can't wait to see what else Mrs Bingbing has in store for the rest of this festival.

#Cannes2015: L'Oreal Ladies Doutzen Kroes, Eva Longoria & Fan Bingbing Wish List

Doutzen Kroes always works the Cannes Film Festival red carpet, sans last year when she was pregnant, and I am excited to see what she will wear this year. I remember a few years ago Doutzen attended a premiere wearing one of the big ball gowns from the very first Giambattista Valli Haute Couture collection and I fell immediately in love. I have yet to be as wowed as I was in that moment, but I am hoping that this year will be Doutzens year. I am picking this white and yellow ombre Giambattista Valli Fall 2014 Couture shirt and ruffled ball skirt. There are only a few women that I would truly love to see wearing this creation and Doutzen is defiantly one of them. Since I picked such a statement making dress for the first look for Doutzen that I picked this stunning silver crystal beaded Atelier Versace Spring 2015 Couture gown. I would have the gown completely lined which I think would only enhance the glamour. Each look that I have picked gives off a different type of glamor. The Giambattista Valli gown gives off a regal vibe while the Atelier Versace gowns showcases old Hollywood glamour like no other.

If there is one woman who knows how to work a Cannes Film Festival red carpet it is Eva Longoria who has been working the festival for L'Oreal for years now. I have to say that Eva rarely gets it right outside of Cannes but when she steps out on the hallowed red carpet she always brings the top notch level of red carpet perfection. The moment that this electric blue strapless column gown with a dramatic train from the Georges Hobeika Fall 2014 Couture collection walk the runway I put it on reserve for Eva for Cannes. This gown needs a dramatic stage and what more dramatic of a stage that that at the Palais de Festivals. The other look that I would love to see Eva rock on the Cannes Film Festival red carpet is this ruby red Zuhair Murad Fall 2014 Couture gathered old Hollywood style gown. This gown would evoke Eva's inner Latina Grace Kelly for the worlds most glamorous red carpet. I honestly can't wait to see what Eva will wear on the Cannes red carpet.

Last year was the first year since 2010 that Fan Bingbing missed the Cannes Film Festival, and I was very saddened. I am hoping that the Chinese actress will be back on the Cannes Film Festival circuit this year. Recently though Fan has not been making me lust after her red carpet looks, though many have not been gowns and all of her looks have been paired with quadruple stacked platform shoes which look more like hooves that shoes. I picked this amazing grey feathered Elie Saab Spring 2015 Couture tulle ball gown for Fan for the Cannes Film Festival because who better fan her, maybe save for Rita Ora, to make this gown come to life of the red carpet and truly be able to pull it off. The Chinese beauty is known for her love the avant garde and all things glamorous and this Elie Saab gown really pulls the two together in one stunning look. The other look I picked for Mrs Bingbing s this stunning royal blue Ralph & Russo Fall 2014 Couture satin ballgown. I picked this gown because it is a classically elegant ensemble which might be needed to counteract those who wont love the avant garde Elie Saab ensemble.

The Cannes Film Festival is just 16 days away and I am so looking forward to seeing what all of the stars wear. Is there someone that you are most looking forward to seeing? 2014 London Film Festival: "The White Haired Witch of Lunar Kingdom" Premiere Wish List

Fan Bingbing has been virtually nonexistent int he world of the red carpet, she surprisingly skipped Cannes this year despite being a L'Oreal Paris brand ambassador. I have missed her certain brand of red carpet drama. She only holds 3 best dressed looks this entire year so I am praying at her London Film Festival Cult Gala premiere of "The White Haired Witch of Lunar Kingdom" that Fan brings it -to the red carpet. This bordeaux Stephane Rolland Fall 2014 Couture ball gown that features sheer nude panels on the sleeves and bodice, sheer detailing on the skirt and  black feathers making up the hem. When it comes to the relationship between Fan and Stephane they have always been hit or miss to me but I think that this is the perfect gown for her to wear from the brand. The best thing about this look is that when Fan undoubtedly wears her black patent leather quadruple stacked platform peep toe pumps that we will be unable to see them. Finish the look with a high big bun and a red lip and Fan will rocket onto not only my best dressed of the month list but possibly the best of the year, too.

Runway Report: Georges Hobeika Fall 2014 Couture

 Monet's Midnight Stroll. That is the title that Georges Hobeika gave his Fall 2014 Couture presentation that he presented yesterday. Within the collection nature blossoms, just like in Monet's paintings, but instead of oil and canvas the luminous fabrics in dark blue, red, peacock blue, cream, maroon served as the art form that presented itself. Romance, sensuality, femininity, grace, and delicacy are all ideas that were manipulated into becoming this most glamorous collection. I have been following Georges Hobeika for years now and gone are the days of flowing plain girly days and here are the dramatic elegant regal looks that are almost new to the house. It's like the Georges Hobeika girl grew up before my eyes and I am staring right into the soul of a beautiful strong woman.

2014 Cannes Film Festival: L'Oreal Spokesmodels Blake Lively, Cheryl Cole, Eva Longoria, & Fan Bingbing Wish List

Earlier this year L'Oreal Paris announced Blake Lively and her hubby Ryan Reynolds as spokesmodels for the brand and I can not wait to see them on the red carpet in Cannes next month. The fact that Ryan will be premiering a film at the festival as well holds true to the hope that they will wow. Blake is one of the few ladies in Hollywood that doesn't use a stylist and 9 times out of 10 the results are fantastic. One gown that I can see Blake trying to snatch up for this major red carpet is this orange Atelier Versace Spring 2014 Couture halter neck gown. This is stunning, sexy, and impact making which are all things that Blake looks for in a red carpet option. The other gown that I picked for Blake is this black and silver Marches Fall 2014 RTW lace gown. This gown is all the things the Atelier Versace gown is but in a demure old Hollywood way.

British pop star and recently reappointed 'X-Factor UK' judge Cheryl Cole usually flies into Cannes and attends one red carpet. I always hope for more when she does because she usually leaves me speechless and wanting more. Her go to designers for Cannes have been Stephane Rolland and Zuhair Murad so I have picked a look from each for her to pick from. The first is a black Stephane Rolland Spring 2014 Couture gown with long sleeves and a high low hoop skirt. This is a bold statement that would require some really awesome shoes. The other gown I picked is this white Zuhair Murad Spring 2014 Couture double breasted tuxedo inspired gown. The sexy menswear inspiration and the light color make this a sexy ultra feminine look perfect for the red carpet.

Eva Longoria is another red carpet staple at the Cannes Film Festival thanks to L'Oreal Paris. We usually see Eva's best looks come to life on the red carpet of the Palais de Festivals and I am hoping that is no different this year. Picking just two gowns for the former 'Desperate Housewives' star is always hard because I wish Eva would just stay in Cannes for the duration of the entire festival and just wear fabulous gowns the whole time. The first gown I picked is this white Elie Saab Spring 2014 Couture floral embellished cap sleeve ball gown. Eva loves a big dress and I think that this one is appropriately big for this red carpet. The other is a purple Christian Siriano Fall 2014 RTW ball gown in a shimmering fabric. This is a big statement and I think Eva would look absolutely stunning in this gown but the label might not be quite up to the standards of the Cannes Film Festival red carpets. We might see Eva rock another custom Emilio Pucci gown on the red carpet as well.

Back in 2010 Fan Bingbing took to the red carpet at several premieres during the Cannes Film Festival in stunning couture, sparking questions of 'who is that girl?' Well we found out later that year that Fan Bingbing is a Chinese actress and singer who is the face of L'Oreal Paris in Asia. Fan has given us 28 stunning looks since 2010 on the red carpets of Cannes and I am hoping that there is no change when it comes to the Opening Ceremony next month. My first wish is one that I can't show all of you. Why? Because I want to see Fan bring back the custom Chinese traditional gown that she rocked in 2010, 2011, and 2012. These gowns really showed the diversity of the festival while maintaining high glamour with their modern cuts. After that all bets are off and I hope that Fan pulls from every designer that she has grown to love. The first gown I have picked for the actress is this heavily embellished Elie Saab Spring 2014 Couture strapless ballgown. I think that this is a perfect statement for the Cannes Film Festival red carpet and Fan makes such beautiful magic when she wears the designs of Mr. Saab. The other gown I have chosen for Fan is this amazing white Georges Hobeika Spring 2014 Couture structured gown. This might come off as a little bridal to most but I think that Fan has the potential to pull this gown off and make it werk on that red carpet. Other brands I would love to see Mrs Bingbing wear are Stephane Rolland, Zuhair Murad Couture, Armani Prive, custom Atelier Versace, Marchesa, and Giambattista Valli.

Elie Saab Fall 2013 Couture Presentation Wish List

Carina Lau was in Cannes last month to promote her film 'Bends' and to do so she took some amazing Elie Saab couture creations for a spin. I can not recall Carina sitting front row at an Elie Saab show and having recently been taking the brand for a few red carpet test drives I would love to see her attend the Fall 2013 Couture presentation on July 3rd. This teal Elie Saab Fall 2013 RTW dress is perfect for Carina to wear to sit front row and hold court over all the stunning designs that I am sure will undoubtedly take to the runway during this show. Finish with a pair of lace Elie Saab Spring 2013 Couture pumps and Carina will look stunning on her first Elie Saab front row trip.

Queen of Burlesque Dita von Teese is a HUGE fan of Elie Saab and I am a huge fan of Dita in Elie Saab so after making a grand red carpet return during the Cannes Film Festival wearing an Elie Saab Couture cocktail dress. I am hoping that she will make a trip to Paris next week to take in the spectacle that will without a doubt be full of glamorous red carpet ready gowns and cocktail ensembles. For Dita to sit front row I would love to see her wear this black embellished Elie Saab Spring 2013 Couture cocktail dress. I do not think that Dita has ever met a black dress that she hasn't liked complete the look with a pair of go to Christian Louboutin pumps and her signature red lip and Dita will have a look that is perfect for front row at a couture fashion show.

The Queen of Elie Saab title, while with very high competition of Dita von Teese, definitely goes to Fan Bingbing who is a frequent at Elie Saab fashion shows sitting front row just looking for that next gown for her next red carpet appearance. For the Fall 2013 Couture presentation I would love to see Fan wear this amazing lemon yellow Elie Saab Fall 2013 RTW dress. I think that this dress would look amazing against Fan's fair colored skin. Complete with a gold clutch and a pair of nude pumps will make another great look for her and the brand.

Another lady who stunned at the Cannes Film Festival wearing not only one but two glam Elie Saab creations was Zhang Ziyi and I would love to see her attend the Fall 2013 Couture presentation to scope out potential future red carpet looks. To do so I would love to see her wear this amazing blue and white color blocked Elie Saab Pre-Fall 2013 cap sleeved a-line dress. Zhang is one of the few that come to mind when I see this dress and it would be a perfect look for her to snatch up to sit front row. Finish with a pair of black peep toe pumps and Zhang will stand out in a modern yet still elegant ensemble at the Elie Saab Fall 2013 Couture presentation next week.

2013 Cannes Film Festival: amFAR Cinema Against AIDS Gala Wish List Part 1

On the 23rd of May there will be a grand partnership of Hollywood, fashion, and awareness as amFAR, the AIDS research superpower, hosts their annual amFAR Cinema Against AIDS gala at the Hotel Du Caps in Antibes, France just outside of Cannes. Its a rare night where the red carpet has nothing to do with a premiere so everyone will mix and mingle there way while raising funds to help find a cure for AIDS. Everyone attends this event from members of the Jury to the stars of the films being presented and of course the Mistress of Ceremonies. Audrey Tautou is not one to take to the red carpet often but for this event I would love to see the French actress wear this amazing red, black, and white Armani Prive Spring 2013 Couture gown. This is a glamorous yet effortless option for Audrey to wear for this event. Complete the ensemble with a red clutch, black pumps, and simple Chopard jewels to ensure a best dressed worthy moment.

Yesterday French actress Berenice Bejo presented her newest film 'The Past' at the Cannes Film Festival and I am hoping that she will stick around to attend the amFAR Cinema Against AIDS gala next Thursday. Last year Berenice wore a stunning Giambattista Valli Couture gown and I am hoping that she is able to top that moment this year. If she were to don this gold Elie Saab Spring 2013 Couture gown for the event then I am hopeful that she would be able to top herself. Add a gold Salvatore Ferragamo minaudiere and gold Christian Louboutin pumps as well as some canary Chopard diamond earrings and Berenice will make an amazing red carpet appearance.

Recently Diane Kruger was named the face of Chanel Skincare so I am hoping that she will make her mark on the amFAR red carpet. As a new face of Chanel I know that Diane will be the first woman that gets her hands on the Chanel Resort 2014 collection. I think that this black and white gown with a sequined top from the Chanel Resort 2014 collection is perfect choice for Diane as it goes perfectly with her effortless style of red carpet dressing. Complete with a black Chanel clutch, Christian Louboutin 'Super Vic' black and silver crystal encrusted pumps, and stunning Chanel diamond jewelry and Diane will have a best dressed ensemble on her hands.

I had to change my wish for Fan Bingbing at the last minute because the Queen of Cannes wore a similar gown (which I had desperately wanted her to wear) to a premiere on the second day of the festival. So I dug into the Atelier Versace archives to find her the best possible gown for the 2013 amFAR Cinema Against AIDS gala. I love this royal blue silk Atelier Versace Spring 2008 Couture gown. I am surprised that I could not find someone wearing this dress and I am in love with this amazing blue gown. A chic up do and black crystal encrusted Christian Louboutin peep toe pumps as well as dazzling Chopard diamonds and Fan will keep on wowing me on the red carpet.

2013 Cannes Film Festival: Opening Ceremony & 'The Great Gatsby' Premiere Wish List

Nicole Kidman is a member of this year Cannes Film Festival feature film jury and I can not be more excited. For the Opening Ceremony gala premiere of 'The Great Gatsby' I would love to see Nicole wear this amazing white Elie Saab Spring 2013 Couture gown with a short cape. Yes I want Nicole to dare to wear the cape. Nicole is one of the few people in Hollywood that could pull off this gown which has been a favorite runway look from fashion critics worldwide. Pair this dress with an old Hollywood up do and a pair of silver sandals. And to complete the ensemble bring a pop of color via a pair of Chopard diamond and sapphire earrings and ring would complete this amazing opening ceremony ensemble.

Audrey Tautou is the Mistress of Ceremonies at this years Cannes Film Festival so she will be on hand to host the opening and closing ceremonies. For the opening ceremony I would love to see Audrey wear this Lanvin gown that I found on Net-A-Porter.com in cream but wear it in a blue like I have shown here. I think that this is a perfect look for the French beauty who loves to rep classic French brands. Finish the look with a pair of black pumps, a Chanel diamond and pearl Camilla ring, and diamond and pearl Chanel bracelet and earrings and Audrey will wow which she has not done in a very long time.

The promo tour for 'The Great Gatsby' from Carey Mulligan has been very lack luster and I am hoping that when she presents the film as the opening film of the Cannes Film Festival on May 15th that she brings the high fashion glamour that she is known for. I would take this pearl silver Lanvin Fall 2013 RTW cocktail dress and have it made into a full length ball gown. There were some stunning ballgowns made by Lanvin last year, most notably the pink gown worn by Natalie Portman, and I think that this would be a perfect look for Carey for this event. Finish with a pair of Salvatore Ferragamo silver satin pumps, and some amazing Tiffany & Co. (the official jewelers of The Great Gatsby) jewelry and a wavy up do and Carey will finally wow me on the red carpet.

Isla Fisher has never been to the Cannes Film Festival so I am predicting that she will live up the opportunity to wear a big glamorous gown for her big night. I think that this pink Tony Ward Spring 2013 Couture ball gown is perfect for Isla for the big night. Pair this with a pair of nude pumps, and a gunmetal silver clutch, as well as some simple diamond earring and bracelet and Isla will be able to hold her own against fashion heavy hitters like Carey and Nicole on the red carpet of the Palais de Festivals during the Opening Ceremony.

Beyonce's husband Jay-Z produced the soundtrack for the film and Bey was one of the performers on it as well. I would not be surpirised to see Queen B walk arm in arm with her husband because on top of all of those factors she is also a L'Oreal spokesmodel. For this premiere I would love to see her wear this black Zuhair Murad Fall 2013 RTW one shouldered gown. This gown will look absolutely amazing on Beyonce's body but is subdued enough not to take the spotlight away from the nights big stars. Complete the look with a pair of black Christian Louboutin sandals and some amazing statement jewelry including earring and a bracelet from Beyonce's go to jeweler Lorraine Schwartz.

For the past three years Chinese actress Fan Bingbing has attended the Opening Ceremony of the Cannes Film Festival wearing a cultural inspired gown and the fashion world waits to see what she chooses. All of her gowns have been custom made for her for the event but if I were able to choose a runway gown it would have to be this red and gold Guo Pei Spring 2013 Couture ball gown with fan and dragon embellishments. This would be the biggest gown she has worn at the festival and is reminicient in shape of the hot pink Marchesa gown she wore for this years Oscar's ceremony. A gold and red Anya Hindmarch fan clutch and a pair of gold peep toe pumps would be the perfect accessories to this amazing gown for Fan for the Opening Ceremony.

As a sponsor of the Cannes Film Festival, Chopard tends to send model to help add glamour to the red carpet much like L'Oreal. Eva Herzigova has been one of these models who has introduced important collections for the brand like their 'Marylin Forever' set during last years festival. This year I would love to see Eva wear this amazing fully beaded Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2013 RTW dress with 3/4 length sleeves made into a gown with a sweeping train. Add some diamond and ruby earrings, a red clutch, and a pair of silver sandals and Eva will be set for the red carpet.

2013 Cannes Film Festival: L'Oreal Spokesmodel's Wish List Part 4

Evangeline Lilly has not been seen on the Cannes Film Festival red carpet since 2010 where she wore a stunning Valentino gown and a shocking Emilio Pucci cocktail dress on the red carpet. Evangeline has a very simple sense of dressing and I think that the three looks that I have picked for her would look amazing on her and would be contenders for her to wear. Of course we have my favorite look a stunning peach Elie Saab Fall 2012 Couture gown. I think that this would be the best option out of all the looks, not only because I am in love with this Elie Saab collection, because it would fit her body amazing and is a perfect mix of tomboy and glamour. Then we have a blush pink Reem Acra Pre-Fall 2013 gown. All the looks I have picked have sleeves because Evangeline has very broad shoulders and I think that these would downplay them like she tends to do on the red carpet. Finally we have the most predictable look a stunning Valentino Fall 2012 Couture blue on blue gown. I have been surprised that more of this collection hasn't been worn but I think that this would be perfect for Evangeline on the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival.

In 2010 and 2011 Fan Bingbing was the Queen of the Cannes red carpet just showing up to the premieres looking fabulous wearing designs by Armani, Elie Saab, Versace, Valentino, Oscar de la Renta and many many more. Last year she only took to the red carpet at the Palais de Festivals twice once in a stunning Elie Saab couture creation and once at the opening ceremony in a modern take on a cultural gown like she has every year since she showed up on the scene. Well I do have a wish for her to wear for the opening ceremony but that won't be published until late April with the rest of the wishes for the ladies attending the Opening Ceremony of the festival. Here I have three looks I would love to see the Chinese beauty wear. Up first is a sculptural Armani Prive navy blue one shoulder gowns. Fan loves to wear big gowns but looks amazing in ones fitted close to her body and I think that the fit and the color on Fan would look stunning. Next I have a stunning yellow ball gown from the Elie Saab Spring 2012 Couture collection. Since I first saw this gown there is not a celebrity in the world that I can picture it on except for Fan. I am glad that she is not afraid to dig into archives to pull out gowns and this is one that needs to be seen. The last gown I have picked for the L'Oreal girl is this stunning wine colored Marchesa Fall 2013 RTW gown that was shown not shown on the runway but in the collection made available for sale through ModaOperandi.com. I think that this would have a large impact on the red carpet in Cannes because it is a classic silhouette with a modern twist with the peek-a-boo hemline.

Up last for today is Freida Pinto. The stunning Indian actress who was thrust into the international spotlight when her first film 'Slumdog Millionaire' became a hit with the critics and went on to win the Best Picture of the Year Award at the Academy Award in 2009. Since then she has been seen in several film festival films as well as the 2011 film 'Immortals.' Last year was Freida's first ever Cannes Film Festival and she rocked a bevy of glamorous looks from a host of designers such as Michael Angel, Atelier Versace (twice), Salvatore Ferragamo, and Paco Rabanne. I am hoping to see the stunning beauty again this year wearing a whole new batch of stunning designs. I think that this first look I have for Freida would make a huge statement, a stunning gold and white Alexander McQueen Fall 2013 RTW gown. I, of course, would not have her wear the strapless gown with the cape as it was presented on the runway but just the strapless ball gown itself. Then there is this amazing beaded Jean Paul Gaultier Fall 2012 Couture gown. This gown is a work of art and I can not believe that someone has not snatched it up yet. And finally we have a stunning red silk Marchesa Fall 2013 RTW gown with gold embroidery. Freida always looks stunning in red and it has been a long time since we have seen her wear a Marchesa design.

Haute Couture Wish List: Armani Prive

Fan Bingbing is the biggest thing to come out of China for the red carpet in many many years. She has wowed for three years straight at the Cannes Film Festival and at many other events in that time frame as well, attending almost all of them in Haute Couture. As of late Fan has been opting for a lot more edgier kind of looks so I think that this navy blue and black Armani Prive gown would be an absolutely amazing choice for the pale skinned Asian actress.

I should have known things were rocky with Katie Holmes marriage to Tom Cruise when the two of them stepped out at the 2012 Vanity Fair Oscar Party. Why? Because Katie looked the best she has since the day that she married Tom. Now that she is free of him I am already noticing that Katie looks better in just the candid shots of her going to the store and picking up Suri at school. So for her next red carpet appearance I am hoping she mends the relationship she had before Tom with Giorgio Armani so that she may wear this amazing midnight and navy blue gown.

Nicole Kidman has not worn Armani Prive in the past but I think that the statuesque Australian beauty should change that and don this amazing navy and midnight blue Fall 2012 Couture gown. I think that there are not many people that could pull off such a gown because you need height to wear it and make it look magical. Coming in at a staggering 5 foot 11 inches Kidman is one of the few that I could see pulling off this stunning creation and not letting it get lost in the archives forever.

Now Zoe Saldana is no stranger to Armani Prive, last year she rang in at number 7 on my best dressed of the year list in the desginer wearing a red and white creation for the 'Tree of Life' Premiere at the Cannes Film Festival. Hopefully the stunning Dominican beauty will grace us on a red carpet for a film festival or awards show wearing this amazing hand beaded blush strapless gown.

Giorgio Armani 'One Night Only in Beijing' Event

 Back at the end of May, Giorgio Armani took the Chinese fashion market by storm by hosting a HUGE fashion event where he showcased the Fall 2012 RTW collections from his labels Emporio Armani and Giorgio Armani as well as his Spring 2012 Armani Prive Couture collection. While there was nothing new that was shown in the collections from Emporio and Giorgio, Mr. Armani showed brand new couture ensembles alongside creations that walked the Prive runway back in January at his Paris fashion show. When I first saw the images of the new Spring 2012 Couture collection gowns I was dumbfounded as these gowns are what I would have actually liked to have seen walk the runway. These are the gowns that get hidden in the backroom of the Armani Atelier and saved away for celebrates to wear to for Awards Shows and Film Festivals. Bellow are just a few of my new favorites from what was added to the collection in Beijing.

 This is the first look that I fell in love with. When I first saw this gown I knew that I have to see this on the red carpet. I thought of Amanda Seyfried wearing this gown to the Tony Awards which just past on Sunday night. I wish that she had chosen this gown over the Givenchy Fall 2012 RTW collection that she actually ended up choosing. I think that this would look amazing on her.

 Fan Bingbing was one of the Asian celebs that attended the Armani 'One Night Only in Beijing' event on May 31st and I am hoping that she immediately went backstage to see Mr Armani and requested this amazing green chiffon ballgown. I think that this is a classically beautiful silhouette that Fan tends to love mixed with an edge that is brought about through the color.

 As soon as I saw this gown Jessica Alba came to mind and I am just sending prayers to the gods of fashion that her stylist, Brad Goreski, will pull this gown for one of the red carpet events that Jessica attends. I think that this gown with a white strapless top that goes into a beaded drop waist with a green skirt with a black sheer overlay is something that Jess would totally die over and would rock for any formal appearance.

 Milla Jovovich looks amazing when she hits the red carpet be it in something edgy or something classic old hollywood. This Armani Prive gown is definitely something edgy and I think that she would look absolutely stunning in it as she is one of the few celebrities who has the right attitude to pull this gown off.

Zoe Saldana has a promo tour coming up for the 'The Words' which I am hoping will debut during the Fall 2012 Film Festival season. I am praying for this so that Zoe can wear this stunning gown with a voluminous skirt for a premiere.

Cannes Film Festival: amFAR Cinema Against AIDS Gala

The amFAR Cinema Against AIDS Gala is one of the most glamorous events outside the premieres at the Cannes Film Festival. Hosted by L'Oreal Paris, Chopard, and The Weinstein Company just to name a few all the biggest names come out to help raise money for AIDS research. The jury is usually on hand at the event to have fun and relax. And for Diane, who I am sure is going to be tired of wearing gowns, I would love to see her in this amazing Chanel Spring 2012 Couture finale dress. I love all the extra drama added buy the tulle at the back of the dress and with the song sleeves and one of Diane's signature red carpet poses it would look stunning. Finish off this look with a pair of silver strappy sandals and a giant sapphire cocktail ring.

Dita Von Teese has attended many amFAR events in the past including previous Cinema Against AIDS galas. For this year if she attends I would love to see Dita wear this sage green 40's style emblished Elie Saab Spring 2011 Couture gown. I think that with the classic beauty that Dita always brings to the red carpet that this gown would be a great choice for her. Add a pair of gold Louboutin pumps and a gold clutch and she is set to sizzle on the red carpet in that 40's pin up way.

Since becoming a Cannes Film Festival regular in 2010 Fan Bingbing has consistently worn Louis Vuitton for the amFAR Cinema Against AIDS gala. I would love to see Fan's milky complexion wearing this stunning purple Louis Vuitton Fall 2012 RTW gown. Of course this needs to be made full length. Add a purple clutch, black pumps, and some amazing diamonds and my favorite red carpet maven will make her way back on to the pages of my best dressed list.

Georgina Chapman, one of the two creative directors behind Marchesa, is usually on hand at the amFAR Cinema Against AIDS gala because she is married to Harvey Weinstein the powerhouse behind The Weinstein Company, a major sponsor of the event. Georgina only wears her own collection on the red carpet and they are usually either past collections or custom creations. For this event I would love for Georgina to look into her current Fall 2012 RTW runway collection and this smokey lavender and gold gown. She would look stunning in this with gold sandals and a gold clutch.

Kirsten Dunst is another who is a Cinema Against AIDS gala regular. The stunning actress wears Chanel like no other should step out in this giraffe print Spring 2012 Couture gown. The moment I saw this gown walk the runway at the Chanel Spring 2012 Couture show I have been saying that this is something that Kirsten has to wear on the red carpet. I think that this is perfect for her. Just add a pair of navy peep toe pumps and her hair worn up would be perfect.

Kylie Minogue is another amFAR event regular and since she has a premiere for her film 'Holy Motors' it would not surprise me if she doesn't attend. Kylie is a huge fan of Emilio Pucci and I am sure that she would wear the brand for this event. I would love to see her wear this white Emilio Pucci Fall 2012 RTW gown. Now the only thing about this dress is that I am sure that there would be comparisons to the white Emilio Pucci gown that Kate Hudson wore two years ago to the SAG Awards. But I see the difference and I would love to see her in it. Add a pair of silver pumps, a silver clutch and some amazing diamond drop earrings, and a bold cocktail ring.

Last but not least we have this nude Elie Saab Spring 2010 Couture gown for Marion Cottilard. This gown would look stunning on Marion and is a departure from her go to Dior and I think that this would be a great option. Just add a pair of gold peep toe pumps, a diamond bracelet and a gold clutch and the look is complete.
