Beyonce's appearance at the Grammy Awards last night came as a huge shock to me. I had no idea that she was going to be presenting and she did not let me down with her absolutely amazing Inbal Dror gown, which actually is a Fall 2016 Bridal look. Beyonce had been let me down fashion wise last year, but this look finds her back at her best. Yes I am sick of the sheer dress trend but I think that only Beyonce could wear this look and sell it to me, most others this would have come across like a slutty Amish bride costume. I love that she styled her hair into a very sleek low bun and added a pair of KILLER Lorraine Schwartz diamond earrings. I shall now bow because I am not worthy.

2016 Oscar Parties Red Carpet Wish List Part 2
Since none of her films are nominated and she isn't presenting or performing I am wondering if Anna Kendrick will make her way out to the likes of the Vanity Fair Oscar Party at the end of the month. It might be likely that she does since Anna has a gaggle of movies that are going to be released this year and she does have to keep up appearances. I would love to see Anna wearing this raspberry one shouldered Reem Acra Pre-Fall 2016 draped gown on the red carpet because I think that since she has no official duties that night that she would go for something just relaxed and classic. A romantic updo, diamond drop earrings, a dark grey clutch, and a pair of silver sandals would ensure that Anna is absolutely beautiful on the red carpet.
I am beginning to wonder what if we will see the pop superstar on the red carpet at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party after all of the controversy of #OscarsSoWhite but I am hoping that she still shows up for Vanity Fair. I would love to see Beyonce redeem herself from the tacky look she had last year and this silver Roberto Cavalli Pre-Fall 2016 sequin gown would help do exactly that. This gown mixes the worlds of film red carpets and music red carpets which Beyonce can do oh so well. Old Hollywood waves strewn over one shoulder, dazzling Lorraine Schwartz diamond earrings, a silver clutch, and a pair of silver Christian Louboutin sandals would ensure that Beyonce has an amazing moment on the Vanity Fair red carpet.
Brie Larson is expected to be the golden girl of the Best Actress category at the Academy Awards on February 28, 2016 and I am sure that the starlet with a smile to rival Julia Roberts will follow up the ceremony by celebrating at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party. Brie has probably been the star that I have most enjoyed see on the red carpet this season. She has consistently gotten better and better and I am sure that Oscar night will not be any different. I will be posting my wish for her gown for the main show next week but for the Vanity Fair party I would love to see Brie wearing this black Antonio Berardi Pre-Fall 2016 grommet embellished gown. After what I am sure will be an extremely glamorous moment during the show I would love to see Brie toughen things up a little with this edgy glam look which is perfect for the Vanity Fair party. Finish things up with a shiny gold Oscar statue, a pair of black sandals, and dazzling diamond drop earrings and this will be the perfect after party look.
I am sure that we will see a bevy of the Kardashian/Jenner clan on the red carpet but I bet you Caitlyn Jenner is the only one who ends up at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party. As the most buzzed about Vanity Fair cover of 2015 I can bet that she will be there as well on the red carpet at the Elton John AIDS Foundation red carpet. I don't picture Caitlyn changing so I picked this watermelon pink Georges Chakra Spring 2016 Couture sleeveless caped gown for her to wear on both red carpets. All of Caitlyn's red carpet looks so far have been long sleeve gowns and I am wondering if she is going to be a one trick pony or not. This Georges Chakra gown would be a definite departure from her norm and a beautiful statement for her to make on the red carpet. A pair of gold pumps, a gold clutch, and diamond drop earrings would finish this look off perfectly for Caitlyn for the red carpet.
Camilla Belle is always at the Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscar Viewing Party and I hope that she continues that this year. Camilla is always one that I love to see on the red carpet and I think that this black and navy Carolina Herrera Pre-Fall 2016 strapless striped ballgown which features an a-line silhouette with beaded embellishment along the bodice. Camilla and Carolina is almost always a match made in heaven and I am sure that this gown would be no different. Not many would have the gusto to make this gown work on a red carpet but I believe that Camilla definitely has it. A black Edie Parker clutch, black Christian Louboutin pumps, a chic up do, diamond drop earrings, and a diamond bracelet would finish this look off in just the most elegant way to ensure that Camilla has an absolutely amazing night on the red carpet.

2015 American Music Awards: Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Carrie Underwood, & Beyonce Red Carpet Wish List
Taylor Swift is nominated for six different awards Sunday night at the American Music Awards and is expected to sweep in each category that she is nominated in. I have been loving seeing Taylor evolve over the past year as she keeps leaving her country princess days in the past in favor of more modern and grown up looks. For Sunday's awards I would love to see Taylor wearing this red Atelier Versace Spring 2015 Couture bralet and high waisted pants. This is a style of look that we have not seen Taylor wear on the red carpet but I think she would really work. Finish with a sleek bob, red platform sandals, and a red lip and Taylor will for sure take home Best Dressed as well.
Rihanna is nominated for Favorite Soul/R&B Female Artist and Collaboration of the Year for "FourFiveSeconds." I am not sure that RiRi will actually take to the red carpet since she is not performing but if she does I would love to see her wearing this Armani Prive Fall 2015 Couture strapless furry gown. I think that this gown is really difficult and I remember when I saw this gown take the runway my mind immediately went to Rihanna and this is the first chance that we would get to see her get to wear this gown. Not many would be able to make this gown work off of the runway but I think that Rihanna has the perfect presence to make this look an amazing red carpet moment. Finish with a chic updo, a pair of black sandals, and chic makeup to ensure that this would compete with Taylor for Best Dressed at the American Music Awards.
I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of pageant style dress from Carrie Underwood at the CMA Awards earlier this month. I kinda went with modern glamour with this Badgley Mischka Spring 2016 RTW pale pink strapless gown which features a beaded side cutout (which adds a dash of pageantry to the look.) The new mom has been showcasing her post baby body and I can defiantly picture her rocking this on a red carpet. I would keep the runways champagne satin strappy sandals, adding a gold Edie Parker clutch, old Hollywood waves, and a pink lip to keep this look chic and elegant for the American Music Awards red carpet.
So I am really not expecting Beyonce to attend the American Music Awards on Sunday as she is not nominated in any of the major categories nor is she performing. I have to say that I have been incredibly disappointed by what Beyonce has worn on the red carpet in the last year. She has been very boring or repeating looks that she has worn in the past. If she by some work of god ends up on the red carpet at the AMA's on Sunday I would love to see Bey wearing this midnight blue sheer chiffon evening gown. I love how this gown has some embellishments sewn into it at different points outside of the embellished waistline, to add to the starry sparkle of this gown. Finish this gown with up swept hair, a chic glamorous makeup, dazzling Lorraine Schwartz diamond earrings, and a pair of navy blue sandals will ensure that Bey has a major moment as she walks the AMA red carpet.
I am currently looking for feedback from my readers if you wouldn't mind taking a quick six question survey I would be greatly appreciative of that, you can take it by clicking here.

2015 Grammy Awards: Beyonce, Gwen, Jessie, & Lady Gaga Red Carpet Wish List
Beyonce is nominated for six Grammy Awards come Sunday night and I am probably most excited to see what the Queen will wear on the red carpet. We have seen a variable of different styles from Queen B over the past year and that is making it really hard to pick a gown for her to wear for the Grammy's. I think that Beyonce is due for a major Grammy red carpet moment, since she skipped the carpet last year. I picked this grey Elie Saab Spring 2015 Couture gown covered in crystal embellishments and FEATHERS! I love feathers and I think that they are the perfect embellishment for the Grammy Awards. They are fun, flirty, and sexy; all things that a Grammy look needs to be. A wavy bob, red lip, dazzling Lorraine Schwartz diamond earrings, and a pair of gunmetal grey peep toe pumps would totally finish this look off perfectly for Beyonce and the Grammy Awards.
Gwen Stefani has been slated to perform with Maroon 5 during the live telecast during the 2015 Grammy Awards on Sunday night. The last time we saw Gwen on the Grammy red carpet was back in 2006 when she covered up her baby bump with a leopard print L.A.M.B. gown dip dyed in green. That was an ICONIC red carpet moment and I am hoping that we see another major moment from Gwen on Sunday night. I went with a sexy yet sleek statement for Gwen to make on the red carpet via this Fausto Puglisi Pre-Fall 2015 purple and black gown that is covered up except for a slit to there. This gown would make a stunning red carpet moment. I would combat the modernity of this gown with a 1940's inspired hair style, a red lip, and a pair of simple black crystal embellished sandals to ensure that Gwen has a MAJOR red carpet moment on Sunday.
Jessie J is nominated with her collaborators Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for their hit song "Bang Bang" at the Grammy's on Sunday night. Jessie is also going to be performing with the legendary Tom Jones! For the red carpet I expect Jessie J to make a major moment and this white Stephane Rolland Spring 2015 Couture cape gown with a plunging neck, split to there, and silver embellishments at the arm holes is definite a statement to make. It takes a woman with A LOT of DIVA attitude, like Jessie, to not be overwhelmed by this gown on the red carpet. A chic bun, a bold red lip, and a pair of silver Christian Louboutin sandals would just make sure that Jessie sings a DIVA song on the red carpet at the Grammy Awards.
Finally up last but not least for today I have a wish for Lady Gaga. I had kinda fallen out of love with the antics of Lady Gaga but I have noticed a SLIGHTLY more demure version of the star known for her outrageous style since she has been touring with Tony Bennett. Since Lady Gaga is nominated with Mr Bennett for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album and based on the fact that the two will be performing together during the telecast I am predicting that we will see the most toned down version of Lady Gaga ever at the Grammy's on Sunday night. Yes I think that this Atelier Versace Fall 2015 Couture black swarovski crystal embellished body suit with a full white ball gown skirt, which shows just the perfect amount of leg, is toned down for the star. I would hope that Gaga doesn't pair this stunning couture look with her high platform boots like she is known for. I would pick a pair of the knee high peep toe boots that were also presented with the Atelier Versace Fall 2014 Couture collection. A red lip and an over the top wig would be the final touches that I could see Lady Gaga adding to this ensemble to ensure that her stamp has been added to this look.
Join me and Kelly from Dream In Lace on Sunday night as we live tweet all the crazy that comes down the Grammy Awards red carpet. We will be starting our live tweeting about 5PM EST and you can follow me and Kelly for all your Fashion ID's and of course LOTS of snarky commentary.

2014 End of the Year Awards: Entertainer of the Year
Making a repeat appearance as the 2014 Entertainer of the Year is the 2013 winner Beyonce. Queen B rocked the stage from her extended Mrs Carter World Tour, her and Jay Z's On The Run Tour, and performances at the Grammy's and the MTV Video Music Awards with custom looks from Atelier Versace, Emilio Pucci, Tom Ford, and DSquared2 and off the runway looks from the likes of Tom Ford Fall 2014 RTW and Michael Costello Fall 2014 RTW among many other off the runway and even more custom pieces. It is for sure that Beyonce is one of the greatest entertainers of our time and she consistently delivers amazing performances and performance wear. I am hoping for a three-peat!

Runway Report: Atelier Versace Fall 2014 Couture
Fall 2014 Haute Couture Fashion Week had its official start last night in Paris with the presentation of the Atelier Versace Fall 2014 Couture collection. Sticking to a minimal celebrity front row that they had at the Spring 2014 Couture presentation with only Nina Dobrev and Jennifer Lopez being seated front row at this presentation. Donatella Versace looked to classic 1950's Haute Couture as the starting point of the Fall 2014 Couture collection. The collection was classic meets bad girl couture, think elegant debutante meets dominatrix. The ensembles were created with a the idea of constructing and deconstruction with ball skirts giving way to bodysuits, gowns slashed and paired pants, and ensembles that had mini shorts on one side and long trousers with the other. These looks will be worn mostly by the stars of the stage like Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Rita Ora, Beyonce, Miley Cyrus, ETC and modified and custom versions will be rocked with the elite of Hollywood for Film Festival and Awards Season come the Fall red carpets.

2014 Met Ball: Allison Williams, Beyonce, Camilla Belle, Diane Kruger, and Elizabeth Banks Wish List
Allison Williams from the hit HBO series 'Girls' made her first Met Ball appearance in 2012 wearing bland Ralph Lauren gown, and I was not a fan of her punk-inspired Altuzzara gown at last years event. So I am hoping that she will wow me this year, like I know that she can give me an amazing look on the red carpet. I think that this Marchesa Fall 2014 RTW gown with an embroidered cap-sleeve top black waistband and cornflower blue silk skirt would look amazing. Charles James, the inspiration behind this years gala, was known for his grand structured designs and I think that this Marchesa creation would fit right in amongst his stunning silk ballgowns. Finish the look with stunning diamond ear cuffs, black simple sandals, a red lip, and an old Hollywood updo to ensure that Allison looks theme appropriate!
The Queen of the Music World Beyonce has rocked amazing Givenchy Haute Couture ensembles at the past two Met Balls, and while the partnership has been absolutely amazing I am hoping that she will give us something different. This red Versace Fall 2014 RTW gown with gold embroidery would be an amazing statement for Beyonce to make. It's a lot more toned down than she has rocked in the past few years but I think that we will see a lot of that with the 'Charles James' theme of this years event. I would make sure that this gown has a dramatic train that will photograph exceptionally as she ascends that grand stair of the Metropolitan Museum of Art early next month. A pair of gold sandals, sexy waves in her hair, and a red lip will give Queen Bey a stunning yet sexy look for this event.
One person that I usually look forward to seeing take to the red carpet at the Met Ball is Camilla Belle. I have recently realized that I have no idea why she is famous but she shows up to red carpet events and looks absolutely stunning. One brand that Camilla tends to wear a lot of on the red carpet is Carolina Herrera and I think that she should snatch up this amazing red Carolina Herrera Fall 2014 RTW origami structured ball gown. While this gowns skirt might seem a little stiff in this picture, it actually moves very well and would glide elegantly up the red carpet of the Met. A red clutch, a pair of red peep toe pumps, statement diamond and ruby earrings and a chic up-do will finish off this look for Camilla and give her the perfect look for the 2014 Met Ball.
Diane Kruger is one of the women that I always die for on the red carpet. There is almost never a time that I have not fallen in love with one of Diane's red carpet looks. With this gala being focused around the grand sculptural designs of Charles James I am sure that Diane will give us a major red carpet moment. This Giambattista Valli Spring 2014 Couture gown with blue floral embellishments on the bodice and a white skirt with a bold peplum would give me that major red carpet moment that I am praying for. While most would reserve this for a much taller girl, Diane is only 5'7", I think that she would rock the hell out of it. A blue clutch, silver sandals, and a red lip would finish this look off.
Elizabeth Banks usually grabs an Atelier Versace gown for the annual Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute Gala, and I don't see that changing this year. I think that this ice blue one shoulder Atelier Versace Spring 2014 Couture gown with sequins, chest cutouts, and a split up to there is exactly what Elizabeth should rock for this years gala. It's a sexy yet elegant silhouette that Elizabeth pulls off quite well. There is just a magic when Elizabeth puts on the legendary sexy brand, and I 9.5 times out of 10 put her on a best dressed list in their designs. A silver Edie Parker clutch, a pair of metallic silver Casadei pointed toe pumps, statement diamond earrings, a bold diamond cuff, and her hair worn elegantly in Veronica Lake waves over one shoulder would finish off Elizabeth giving her a sexy look to take to the red carpet in on May 5th.

Runway Report: Zana Bayne Fall 2014 RTW
Zana Bayne was a show that I had no idea what to expect when I walked in to see it. I honestly had applied to ever single designer that I could when I knew when I was going to be in NYC for New York Fashion Week. In an intimate affair, in the small Crystal Room inside the Empire Hotel, Zana Bayne showed her small 15 look collection of leather wear entitled 'The Ornamentalist.' Stunning leather bustiers, harnesses, belts, and bras were shown with capes and sheer bustle skirts that gave this sexy collection the feel of the 1940's sexy pin-up. Hair in soft waves courtesy of Redkin, a deep berry lip from makeup artist Benny Hancock using Oliv Ares Haus of Glam Pro products, manicures in 'Pepper' by Zoya Nail Polish, and shoes from Shoe Cult by Nasty Gal just gave this whole look an absolutely fantastic sense of sexuality and fabuloisty. One of my favorite things from this show were the harnesses that some of the members of the PR team were wearing that had 'ZANA BAYNE FALL WINTER 2014' spelled out in gold lettering on their chests. It was a nice touch that added to the over all experience. I can't wait to attend the show again next season and see what Zana will bring for Spring 2015!

Runway Report: Ralph & Russo Spring 2014 Couture
After an amazing year last year dressing stars like Beyonce, Angelina Jolie, Nieves Alvarez, Shay Mitchell, Carrie Underwood, Solange Knowles and Petra Nemcova the design team of Tamara Ralph and Michael Russo presented their first ever runway collection this week during Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week. The Ralph & Russo Spring 2014 Couture collection is really a HUGE amazing collection and there are definitely some red carpet ready looks, but the looks are not for those that are faint of heart. These looks can easily consume women who do not have the diva presence to wear them on the red carpet. The confident glamorous women that I can picture wearing the looks from this collection include Jennifer Lopez, Angelina Jolie, Nieves Alvarez, Dita von Teese, Beyonce, Eva Longoria, and Jane Fonda just to name a few. Bellow are my four favorite looks from the collection and who I can picture wearing them. What do you think of my picks? Is the collection too bold? Overwhelming? Or, like me, can you not wait to see this collection on the red carpet?

2014 Grammy Awards: Nominee Wish List Part 1
Sunday night will bring us another big awards show red carpet, and quite possibly the funnest one of the season, The Grammy's. Alicia Keys has one nomination at this years Grammy Awards for Best R&B Album for 'Girl on Fire.' I will say at the end of 2013 Alicia worked the stage, performing at several different events, in designers like Armani Prive and Manning Cartel and I am hoping that she will keep up the fantastic looks come Sunday. While a new Alexandre Vauthier collection was released today I think that Alicia should wear this edgy Alexandre Vauthier Fall 2013 Couture halter neck mono-chromatic ensemble. I think what makes me love this look for Alicia is the mix of classic and uber sexy, which is exactly what works for her. Finish the look with a pair of gold Christian Louboutin sandals and some simple jewelry and this will make for the perfect Grammy look.
Last year Beyonce might not have taken to the red carpet a lot but showed her amazing sense of style through her performance ensembles while on her Mrs. Carter World Tour and ultimately won my Entertainer of the Year award. Sunday night Beyonce is nominated as the featured artist on her hubby Jay-Z's Best Rap/Sung Collaboration or 'Part II (On the Run)' and I am praying for a stunning red carpet ensemble. I am turning to one of the brands that Bey wore quite a bit while on tour, Emilio Pucci. This body hugging white Emilio Pucci Spring 2014 RTW long sleeved gown features quite a bit of skin for a gown which is so covered up and I think that it would look absolutely fantastic on Beyonce. Add a white and gold Edie Parker clutch and a pair of Christian Louboutin gold sandals to complete this look and give Beyonce a best dressed list worth ensemble.
While Amy Adams gave us our first peak into the Valentino Shanghai Collection 2013 on the red carpet at the 2014 Golden Globe Awards, I am hoping that we will see Grammy nominee Florence Welch also pluck a gown from this collection. Florence Welch is nominated in collaboration with Calvin Harris for a Best Dance Song Grammy for their hit 'Sweet Nothing.' I am hoping to see the indie rock diva wear this red and maroon Valentino Shanghai Collection 2013 long sleeved collard gown. This is something that I can see Flo really going for on a red carpet, it's floaty and very vintage looking. With her red hair pulled up and a pair of red sandals on her feet a red lip will be all that I wish for to complete this ensemble for the Grammy Awards red carpet.
I have not loved a Katy Perry look in a very long time. Last year Katy ditched the quirky persona that made me fall in love with her in favor of much more sophisticated looks. If sophisticated is the route that Katy is going to go then I would like to see the the Song of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance nominee for 'Roar' wear this white Giambattista Valli Fall 2013 Couture rise and fall strapless gown. The Spring 2014 Collection for Giambattista Valli was presented yesterday in Paris but I am still holding out a little bit of hope that this gown will get a red carpet appearance and I think the new Katy is the girl to do it. Finish the look with a strappy pair of silver sandals and some statement diamond earrings in her ears and Katy will make a big sophisticated statement.
And finally for today we have Best Song Written for Visual Media ('Young & Beautiful' from 'The Great Gatsby') and Best Pop Vocal Album (Paradise) nominee Lana Del Rey. I am usually very indifferent to anything Lana Del Rey does. She usually fails to elicit any excitement from me in either her music or fashion so I really don't follow her work. With that said I do not expect much from her at the Grammy's but in the slight hope that she might surprise me I think that this black, white, and ivory Antonio Berardi Spring 2014 RTW gown would actually look really stunning on Lana. Lana is a British star who tends to rock British brands and one of the ultimate's right now is Antonio Berardi. Finish this look with a black clutch and a pair of black sandals and Lana will shock me with a great look at the 2014 Grammy Awards on Sunday night.
