2016 Oscar Parties Red Carpet Wish List Part 2

Since none of her films are nominated and she isn't presenting or performing I am wondering if Anna Kendrick will make her way out to the likes of the Vanity Fair Oscar Party at the end of the month. It might be likely that she does since Anna has a gaggle of movies that are going to be released this year and she does have to keep up appearances. I would love to see Anna wearing this raspberry one shouldered Reem Acra Pre-Fall 2016 draped gown on the red carpet because I think that since she has no official duties that night that she would go for something just relaxed and classic. A romantic updo, diamond drop earrings, a dark grey clutch, and a pair of silver sandals would ensure that Anna is absolutely beautiful on the red carpet.

I am beginning to wonder what if we will see the pop superstar on the red carpet at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party after all of the controversy of #OscarsSoWhite but I am hoping that she still shows up for Vanity Fair. I would love to see Beyonce redeem herself from the tacky look she had last year and this silver Roberto Cavalli Pre-Fall 2016 sequin gown would help do exactly that. This gown mixes the worlds of film red carpets and music red carpets which Beyonce can do oh so well. Old Hollywood waves strewn over one shoulder, dazzling Lorraine Schwartz diamond earrings, a silver clutch, and a pair of silver Christian Louboutin sandals would ensure that Beyonce has an amazing moment on the Vanity Fair red carpet.

Brie Larson is expected to be the golden girl of the Best Actress category at the Academy Awards on February 28, 2016 and I am sure that the starlet with a smile to rival Julia Roberts will follow up the ceremony by celebrating at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party. Brie has probably been the star that I have most enjoyed see on the red carpet this season. She has consistently gotten better and better and I am sure that Oscar night will not be any different. I will be posting my wish for her gown for the main show next week but for the Vanity Fair party I would love to see Brie wearing this black Antonio Berardi Pre-Fall 2016 grommet embellished gown. After what I am sure will be an extremely glamorous moment during the show I would love to see Brie toughen things up a little with this edgy glam look which is perfect for the Vanity Fair party. Finish things up with a shiny gold Oscar statue, a pair of black sandals, and dazzling diamond drop earrings and this will be the perfect after party look.

I am sure that we will see a bevy of the Kardashian/Jenner clan on the red carpet but I bet you Caitlyn Jenner is the only one who ends up at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party. As the most buzzed about Vanity Fair cover of 2015 I can bet that she will be there as well on the red carpet at the Elton John AIDS Foundation red carpet. I don't picture Caitlyn changing so I picked this watermelon pink Georges Chakra Spring 2016 Couture sleeveless caped gown for her to wear on both red carpets. All of Caitlyn's red carpet looks so far have been long sleeve gowns and I am wondering if she is going to be a one trick pony or not. This Georges Chakra gown would be a definite departure from her norm and a beautiful statement for her to make on the red carpet. A pair of gold pumps, a gold clutch, and diamond drop earrings would finish this look off perfectly for Caitlyn for the red carpet.

Camilla Belle is always at the Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscar Viewing Party and I hope that she continues that this year. Camilla is always one that I love to see on the red carpet and I think that this black and navy Carolina Herrera Pre-Fall 2016 strapless striped ballgown which features an a-line silhouette with beaded embellishment along the bodice. Camilla and Carolina is almost always a match made in heaven and I am sure that this gown would be no different. Not many would have the gusto to make this gown work on a red carpet but I believe that Camilla definitely has it. A black Edie Parker clutch, black Christian Louboutin pumps, a chic up do, diamond drop earrings, and a diamond bracelet would finish this look off in just the most elegant way to ensure that Camilla has an absolutely amazing night on the red carpet.

Cheryl Fernandez-Versini for "X-Factor" UK Live Show Wish List

The "X-Factor" in the UK is known for its discovery of talent (think Leona Lewis, One Direction, & Cher Lloyd) and for the fashion of the judges. Cheryl Fernandez-Versini is on the judging panel, and this year it seems like we will be seeing weekly fashion battles (a prevalent thing when Cheryl and former judge Dani Minogue was on the panel) between her and Rita Ora. I have to say that I am either love it or loathe it when it comes to Cheryl's style and I am hoping that she gives me love it look after love it look the whole season. I have picked my choices for her based on all of the brands that she has worn in the past and who are her favorites are. I am hoping that when the show goes live this weekend that Cheryl starts off strong and keeps it rocking all season long. Balmain, Zuhair Murad, Michael Costello, Victoria Beckham, Georges Chakra, & Stephane Rolland are all brands that Cheryl loves and I think that each look that I have chosen  is well suited to making big statements on the "X-Factor" stage this season.

#Emmys2015: Oustanding Actress in a Lead Role in a Limited Series or Movie Nominee Wish List

I have to say that I am not expecting Felicity Huffman, nominated for "American Crime," on the red carpet at the 2015 Emmy Awards. I picked this white, black, & gold J. Mendel Fall 2015 RTW silk crepe scarf draped halter neck column gown. I think that this gown is perfect for Felicity for the Emmys as I think that this gown is simple, as she isn't expected to win, yet still sophisticated enough to wear if she does. Finish with a pair of gold sandals, a gold clutch, and pulled up hair and Felicity is ready for the Emmy Awards red carpet.

I love to see Maggie Gyllenhaal on the red carpet. I am always surprised by what she ends up wearing. I would go with something incredibly chic for the 2015 Emmy Awards. I think that this ivory and black Vionnet Resort 2016 draped column gown with its asymmetrical neckline is something that a modern day Jackie-O would wear and is a perfect gown to wear for an awards show. A pair of gold sandals, a gold Edie Parker clutch, pop of color via precious stone Bulgari earrings inlaid in yellow gold, and a red lip and Maggie will be red carpet ready and one of my favorite looks of the night in this Vionnet ensemble.

Queen Latifah is producing some awards buzz around her HBO movie "Bessie," so I am sure that the actress will show up on the Emmy Awards red carpet working it. I have to say that when Georges Chakra and the Queen work together on a red carpet look that it usually results in magic, I mean I predicted that she would wear the red gown that she wore to the 2015 Vanity Fair Oscar Party (though it was green on the runway). I picked this Georges Chakra Fall 2015 RTW gown which features a black and grey geometric sequined bodice and a simple black silk crepe skirt. I think that this gown on Queen Latifah would just hug, and accentuate, her famous curves. Finished with a pair of dazzling diamond chandelier earrings, a black Edie Parker clutch, a pair of black Christian Louboutin sandals, chic old Hollywood waves draped over one shoulder, and a red lip and Queen Latifah is ready to accept and Emmy in style.

#Cannes2015: L'Oreal Ladies Aishwarya Rai, Blake Lively & Cheryl Fernadez-Versini Wish List

Bollywood starlet Aishwarya Rai has been a queen of the Cannes Film Festival red carpet for years. The L'Oreal Paris ambassador to India always knows how to BRING it to the red carpet. Last year he major look was a gold Roberto Cavalli couture gown that she worked like it owed her years of back rent. I am excited to see what the Indian beauty will wear this year. I would love to see Aishwarya dig into the Armani Prive archives and pick up this green layered strapless fully beaded mermaid gown from the Armani Prive Spring 2012 Couture collection. I have been long awaiting someone to pick this gown up and wear it on the red carpet and I think that Aishwarya would be the perfect woman to give this gown its moment. The other look I would love to see Aishwarya to wear on the red carpet at the Palais de Festivals would be the grey Elie Saab Spring 2015 Couture beaded and feathered cap sleeved a-line gown. This is a perfect statement for the Cannes red carpet because it is glamorous while taking a major risk, and the feathers would flow beautifully with the sea breeze from the French Riviera. Flawless hair and make-up courtesy of the L'Oreal Paris masters and Chopard jewels will finish this look off perfectly for the Cannes Film Festival red carpet.

Blake Lively slayed her first ever Cannes Film Festival last year. In fact her custom black and white Gucci Premiere gown that she wore for the "Captives" premiere topped my 2014 Best Dressed of the Year list. I am hoping for a major repeat performance this year. While Blake will most likely wear a custom Gucci gown I decided to stray away from that as the way Gucci is heading has me very scared. I instead went to the king of red carpet glamour and this stunning white Elie Saab Spring 2015 RTW fully beaded sheath gown with flowing cape train. This gown would be an amazing glamorous statement for Blake to make on the Cannes red carpet. Blake has been a busy bee as of late, she had 10 looks in 1 day this week, whilst promoting her new film "The Age of Adeline" and it seems like she has no intentions of slowing down. The other gown I picked for Blake is this absolutely stunning Oscar de la Renta Fall 2015 RTW gown with its extreme sweetheart neckline. I am sure that this gown will make an appearance between the White House Correspondents Dinner tonight, the Met Ball on May 4, or the Cannes Film Festival.

Cheryl Fernandez-Versini (Cole) usually only jets to the French Riviera for one premiere for the Cannes Film Festival, while her other L'Oreal spokesmodels usually do at least two premieres and a few parties. I am hoping that Cheryl will take a break from her oh so busy schedule to walk the carpet at two premieres this year. The first look I picked for the British pop star is an avant garde ivory and gold Georges Chakra Spring 2015 Couture strapless gown. I wouldn't normally associate Georges Chakra gowns with the Cannes Film Festival, only Elizabeth Banks has made me love one of his gowns at the festival in 2010, as I normally associate Georges Chakra with country music awards shows. I think that Cheryl would make this gown look like an expensive modern twist on a classic silhouette. The other look I would love to see Cheryl rock on the Cannes red carpet is this Stephane Rolland Spring 2015 Couture silver crystal embellished long sleeved top and white flowing chiffon skirt. This look is sleek, modern, and glamorous and perfect for Cannes where modernity and glamour are on the menu for a perfect Cannes red carpet look.

2015 Golden Globe Awards: Jessica, Julianne, Keira, & Lana Wish List

Ladies & gentlemen, the official kickoff of the race to the Academy Awards known as the Golden Globe Awards is just a week away! What would awards season be without an appearance from Jessica Chastain? I do not know and happily we will not have to endure that as Jessica has a nomination for Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture thanks to her work in the film "A Most Violent Year." I am excited to see what the beautiful American actress is going to bring to the red carpet. I am picking this Elie Saab Spring 2015 RTW cornflower blue silk gown that features lace panels and a full length cape for added dramatic effect. I know very few women who could really make this gown work and with her grace, elegance, and presence Jessica is at the top of that list. Finish the look with a pair of gold sandals, diamond cluster earrings inlaid in yellow gold, a sleek up-do, and a bold pink lip will ensure that Jessica takes home the Best Dressed award even if she doesn't take home a Golden Globe.

The big nominee of the night is Julianne Moore, who has garnered TWO nominations one for Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Drama for "Still Alice" and one for Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Musical/Comedy for "Maps to the Stars." Both were amazing performances that could end up with her taking an award home, and I am predicting that she will take home at least one. I would love to see her wearing this amazing white gown from the Givenchy Fall 2007 Couture collection. If anyone can delve into the Givenchy archives, it would be Julianne. This white gown with silver embellishments might be draped for a Grecian goddess but one that is ready for battle and I think that edge makes it perfect for Julianne. Add a silver clutch, white Stuart Weitzman 'Nudist' sandals, simple Bulgari diamonds in the ear and on the red wrist to ensure the dress is not over accessorized. A red lip and sleek pulled back hair would add the perfect finishing touches to a winning look for one of my favorite red carpet red-heads.

It looks like the first awards season appearance that we will see Keira Knightley make, after the announcement of her pregnancy last month, will be at the 2015 Golden Globe Awards next Sunday. The stunning brunette Brit has had a lasting relationship with the house of Chanel, acting as a spokesmodel for the houses "Coco Mademoiselle' fragrance. I am putting good money on Keira wearing the brand for the Golden Globes. I dug into the houses archives and found this black and white tiered gown with a floral halter from the Chanel Spring 2008 Couture collection. I would remove the feathered cape to make it more acceptable for an "American" red carpet. I think that this would showcase a baby bump in a subtle way which is totally Keira. A simple pair of black sandals, a black Chanel clutch, and some Chanel Fine Jewelry will finish this look off in an elegant manner.

Last but not least for the film nominees I have Lana Del Rey who's song "Big Eyes" from the movie of the same name. I actually love the song. It is creepy and sensual all at the same time. With that all being said I am not exactly excited about her red carpet moment. Lana usually leaves me feeling less than impressed when she takes to the red carpet. You can tell that she just doesn't care. I picked this black Georges Chakra Fall 2014 Couture gown which features embellishments down the front center and an embroidered silk tulle cape for Lana to wear for the Golden Globes. I think that this is something that would take her slightly out of her comfort zone and make a real statement despite is basic black color. A pair of black high heeled sandals, a red lip, and a chic old Hollywood up do would finish this look off perfectly for the red carpet at the Golden Globe Awards next Sunday night.

New Years Rocking Eve Wish List

Ladies and Gentlemen, 2015 is literally three days away now. On Wednesday night Ryan Seacrest will hold down the fort in New York City while Fergie will be hosting the Hollywood party for "Dick Clark's New Years Rocking Eve." Fergie always shuts the television screens down as she rocks stunning ensembles throughout the night. I picked three looks that I would love to see Fergie-ferg wear during her hostess duties. Up first is this stunning one shoulder Georges Chakra Spring 2015 RTW blueish greenish gown with embellishments and a slit to there. This gown is sexy and a pop of color that we don't often see on New Years Eve. In a sea of black, silver, and gold this gown will stand out. Up next is a Mugler Spring 2015 RTW ensemble which  consists of a silk crop top and fitted skirt with another slit to there. NYE is the perfect night to mix sexy and glamour which is exactly what this ensemble brings. Finally, we have a stunning all over embellished Zuhair Murad Fall 2014 Couture long sleeved cocktail dress with an asymmetrical hem. This is a wow moment and I am really praying that this will be one of the dresses that Fergie gets her hands on for New Years.

Taylor Swift is the headline performer for "Dick Clark's New Years Rocking Eve" in New York City. I am expecting her to sing hit songs like "Blank Space," "Style," and "Shake it Off" and praying that the telecast opens with Taylor performing "Welcome to New York." I think that this would make for a perfect set list for New Years Eve. With her reinvention of her sound there has also been a reinvention of Taylor's red carpet looks and I am excited to see what she will spend new years eve in. I would love to see her wear this Antonio Berardi Spring 2015 RTW suit ensemble. The light pink and red duchess silk blazer and pants paired with white, red, and black crossover color blocked asymmetric crop top ensemble is a sleek an sexy look for Taylor. The pants will have to sit at her natural waist as Taylor does not like to show her belly button. A pair of red pumps, a red lip, and sleek locks will finish off this look perfectly for "New Years Rocking Eve."

2014 Hollywood Film Awards: Hostess Queen Latifah Wish List

It has been a very long time since we have seen Queen Latifah out on a red carpet. Well on Friday the Queen will host the television debut of the Hollywood Film awards. Having several hosting experiences under her belt; the People Choice Awards, the Grammy Awards, and her own talk show The Queen Latifah Show are just some of the shows on her hosting resume. When it comes to her style she defiantly knows how to clean up and I am expecting some stunning red carpet moments at the Hollywood Film Awards. On the red carpet prior to the start of the telecast I would love to see Queen Latifah wear this stunning white Zuhair Murad Fall 2014 Couture long sleeved gown with an embroidered bodice. This gown would hug all of Queen Latifah's famous curves and put her on the same level of dressing as the honorees and presenters. To start the show I would have Queen Latifah change into this jade colored Georges Chakra Spring 2015 RTW embellished one shoulder gown with a sexy thigh high split. Georges and Latifah have had a good relationship in the past and I am betting that at least one look during the night is designed by him. Finally we have this stunning sunshine yellow Jenny Packham Resort 2015 chiffon gown. I think that this gown is more flowy than the other gowns that I have picked but would imagine that this would look stunning as Queen Latifah works the stage for her hostess duties.

2013 Cannes Film Festival: L'Oreal Spokesmodel's Wish List Part 2

 For 16 years now L'Oreal Paris has been sponsoring the Cannes Film Festival adding its glamour to the red carpets over the two week span of the festival. Last year was the first year for Bianca Balti to attend the festival for L'Oreal and she wore a bold Dolce & Gabbana floral and cherub printed gown complete with puffy sleeves and mermaid hi-low hem. I would not expect the Dolce & Gabbana muse not to wear the brand during the festival and I have two ideas for what she should wear for the red carpet at the Palais de Festivals. These two red dresses were presented on the runway of the Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2013 RTW collection. Well she can not show up wearing a cocktail dress on the red carpet at Cannes as a L'Oreal spokesmodel. The red gown to the left should just be made to be a floor length column dress and the one on the right would go to the floor and have a small train. Of course this is what I would do if I were to style her for this event.

 Cheryl Cole walked the red carpet at the premiere of 'Amour' during last years Cannes Film Festival and despite the torrential downpour that ensued looks absolutely amazing wearing a stunning Stephane Rolland creation for the second year in a row. Well why I may have another Stephane Rolland gown for Cheryl to wear for this years event I have a few other wishes as well. First up we have a stunning white Georges Chakra Spring 2013 Couture gown. I think that this is a modern statement that we don't often see at Cannes and Cheryl is the girl that can bring that to the event. In the middle we have a silver to navy ombre Nicholas Oakwell Spring 2013 Couture gown. This is a gown from an up and coming British designer and I think that Cheryl would be a great client for the brand and this gown would be a perfect statement for the Cannes Film Festival. And finally we have this stunning black Stephane Rolland Spring 2013 Couture gown. If Cheryl sticks with the designer that two years running has given her a spot on the best dressed lists of the festival then I think that this is the gown that she should wear. Its simplistic but modern with the sheer panel and would be a sleek statement to be made during the festival.

Claudia Schiffer is a German supermodel, one of the crop of originals from the 80's and 90's. She is another L'Oreal Spokesmodel and a Cannes Film Festival red carpet regular. Every year Claudia takes to the red carpet at the festival for at least one premiere, usually wearing Chanel. The model has been a muse for Karl Lagerfeld as he designs his collections for Chanel. This spring there were several designs that I could see Claudia wear from the Chanel Spring 2013 Couture collection, the first we have is a white lace gown with a caplet trimmed with black satin ribbon. I think out of all the looks I have featured here that this is the gown that Claudia is most likely to wear even though it is not in her black gown comfort zone. The look I would most like to see Claudia wear is this black tulle layered Chanel Spring 2013 Couture a-line gown. This would make a bold glamorous statement that we rarely see from Claudia. The final wish is a big stretch because not only is it not just black but has a floral print. This would look stunning on Claudia and she would be one of the few that I can picture making this look come to life on the red carpet.

2013 Grammy Awards: Performers Wish List

Alicia Keys is one of the performers tomorrow night at the 2013 Grammy Awards and after listening to her new album 'Girl On Fire' (and being mildly obsessed with it) I think that the Alexandre Vauthier Spring 2013 Couture ensemble on the far right paired with the sequined jacket, pictured center. I think that this a perfect look that mixes stage wear with Alicia's style. Finish this look with a pair of Christian Louboutin ankle boots to create the perfect ensemble for Alicia's performance.

After listening to Rihanna's new album 'Unapologetic' I think that she will perform her new song 'Stay' and I have to say that it is an amazingly beautiful song that would need nothing more than this stunning Georges Chakra Spring 2013 Couture black gown with illusion cutouts. I could even see Rihanna wearing her new hair in the style that was presented on the runway with a bold red lip for her beauty with this look. Accessorize this gown with a simple pair of black sandals and she is set to make a simple elegant but edgy statement.

2013 Grammy Awards: Nominees Wish List

Carrie Underwood has not wowed me on the red carpet in a long time and I do not think that this teal Georges Hobeika Spring 2013 Couture gown would wow me but I think that this something that would look amazing on Carrie and not be the same think that she always wears. She should finish this look with a silver Judith Leiber bag, silver sandals, and some simple jewelry to complete this looks for the country superstar.

Since this hot pink Gucci Spring 2013 RTW gown walked the runway in Milan back in September I have been waiting for Florence Welch to wear it and I think that the 2013 Grammy Awards would be the perfect platform for the eclectic songstress to wear this stunning creation. I love everything about this dress, from the shoulders to the color to the shape and the sleek and sexy modesty. Finish this off with a sleek pulled back updo and some silver gold sandals and absolutely nothing else as the dress is powerful enough on its own and any other accessories would over whelm the look.

I have never been a fan of Kelly Clarkson on the red carpet she is always alright but they are ok. I think that this black and white Pamella Roland Spring 2013 RTW one shouldered gown is something that is a stereotypically Kelly red carpet dress so it really is a safe option for me to go with as my wish for her to wear. Add a black clutch, black pumps, and some simple jewels to finish this look off.

Katy Perry kicked the crazy colored hair at the end of last year and started giving us demure looks that really should be saves for the likes of Emmy Rossum, Camilla Belle, and Kristen Bell who's job is to just show us and look elegant and glamorous. Katy should stick to the quirky looks that she has always favored in the past which is why I have picked this black Georges Chakra Spring 2013 Couture gown with a sheer beaded side panel and a hot pink lined side cape. This is a demure but quirky look and think that it would look amazing on Katy. Pair this look with some hot pink sandals and a sleek tight pony tail and I think this would be a winning look for Katy.

I am still shocked that more of the Atelier Versace Fall 2012 Couture collection has not been worn. For the 2013 Grammy Awards where Rihanna is not only nominated but also performing I would love to see her wear this green classic Versace print strapless gown from the Atelier Versace Fall 2012 Couture collection. This gown is such a Rihanna gown that I have a hard time picturing anyone else wearing this creation. Finish this look with a simple pair of gold sandals and RiRi's attitude and let the gown speak for itself.

If we can trust anyone to bring a regal glamour to the red carpet at the 2013 Grammy awards it has to be Taylor Swift. This white Elie Saab Spring 2013 Couture gown is the gown that the fashion industry is all begging to see on the red carpet ASAP and if it is not worn at the Grammy's then it will be at the following BAFTA or Academy Awards. I think that this would look amazing on Taylor as I love her in white and I think that this white column gown paired with the matching runway cape would be perfect for her for the red carpet.

Best of Haute Couture Wish List

Alicia Keys has been giving me some amazing looks while performing this year putting her on the fast track to winning the Best Stage Style of 2013 Award. Alicia has worn some of Alexandre Vauthier's edgy looks before and usually wow's me when wearing these ensembles. I think that she would look amazing in this sculptural bustier and black pant ensemble for a performance.

Anne Hathaway has stepped onto the edgy train since she cut her hair as I know you are all aware as I keep saying it. Well it is because of this that I now really see her as a Versace girl. I think that this black Atelier Versace Spring 2013 Couture gown would look amazing on Anne and of course I would have the fur epaulettes removed.

Marion Cotillard has been stepping out of her Dior box for the non-major red carpet events lately and has been wearing a lot of looks by Bouchra Jarrar. I think that this black embellished bustier and navy pant ensemble from the Bouchra Jarrar Spring 2012 Couture collection would show us the sexy edgy side of Marion that we don't get to see very often.

Emma Stone has been a Chanel girl for quite some time never becoming a spokesmodel just a huge fan and I think that this white and floral gown would look stunning on the actress for a big red carpet event.

Diane Kruger is one of my absolute favorites on the red carpet always wears some of the most amazing couture looks that most would run the other way from. I think that she would be one of the very few that could rock this yellow Christian Dior Spring 2013 Couture gown. I think that this gown with the sheer illusion panel and this gown would take someone with Diane's diva attitude.

I do not think that this white Elie Saab Spring 2013 Couture gown will make it far into the year because of just how stunning it is, if its not at the Oscars it will be at the Cannes Film Festival. Eva Longoria would look absolutely stunning in this gown with or without the runway cape.

Zhang Ziyi has been stepping out on the red carpet a lot and recently had been going for a mix of either really edgy looks or very princessy looks and i think that this lime green Georges Chakra Spring 2013 Couture ball gown is a perfect mesh of these two styles and I think that she is one of the few that could pull this gown off.

Cate Blanchett has been working the red carpet like it owes her money lately and I think that she would look absolutely amazing wearing this silver Jean Paul Gaultier Spring 2013 Couture gown. This would be perfect for a movie premiere, film festival, or awards show.

Dita von Teese has been one of my absolute favorites on the red carpet because she brings this look of classic Old Hollywood. She was seated front row at the Ulyana Sergeenko Spring 2013 Couture show last week and this black and white gown would look spectacular on the stunning burlesque beauty.

And rounding out this top 10 is this pale gold and white Zuhair Murad Spring 2013 Couture baroque print ball gown to be worn by Kate Beckinsale. Kate has worn some amazing prints that most would run the other way from on the red carpet and I think that this gown would look amazing on her.

Haute Couture Wish List: Georges Chakra

'The Phantom of the Opera' and 'Shameless' star Emmy Rossum always looks stunning when she walks the red carpet. She loves to wear bold colors and metallic's when she steps out on the red carpet. I think that this gold Fall 2012 Couture full skirted dress is something that I would love to see Emmy wear maybe for one of the Pre-Emmy Awards parties.

Fergie has been showcasing a bit of a more demure red carpet style as of late and I am not sure why but I like it. I think that this red, white, and metallic Georges Chakra gown is something that would look absolutely amazing in this for maybe something like the American or Europe Music Awards

Gwen Stefani has an amazing sense of fashion that mixes quirky with elegance and demure. I think that this long sleeved black gown has that mix with the incorporation of the zebra print chiffon on the train.

Michelle Trachtenberg has wowed in black and white Georges Chakra before. She looked absolutely stunning last year at the Hollywood Domino Pre-Oscar party (pictured left). I think that this gown would be perfect for the star for possibly an Opera or Ballet opening in New York City.

Cannes Film Festival: 'Madagasgar 3: Europes Most Wanted' Gala Premiere Wish List

This is one of the rare evening off for the 2012 Cannes Film Festival Jury where they don't have to score the film and can just enjoy the film at hand and mix and mingle with the guests in attendance. For this premiere I would KILL to see Diane to wear this sea blue Elie Saab Spring 2012 Couture gown. Diane is one of the few brave enough to wear this without lining the skirt and I think that that is exactly how it should be done. Add just a pair of silver strappy sandals and let the gown and Diane's red carpet presence do all the talking.

I have never seen Jada Pinkett Smith walk the red carpet for a premiere of her own, so this will be a treat if she does. I would love to see her wear this gold metal corset with a black skirt from the Edition by Georges Chakra Fall 2012 RTW collection. I think that this gown is the perfect choice for Jada for this event as it would literally allow her to shine. Add a pair of black peep toe pumps and this look is 100% complete.

Jessica Chastain never turns down a red carpet and she has no reason too as she usually looks amazing and I would definitely fall in love if she wore this black, red, and white Alexander McQueen Pre-Fall 2012 ball gown for this premiere. Jessica has a relationship with McQueen after wearing him for the 2012 Academy Awards. I think that this gown is just waiting for a red carpet moment and I think Jessica would be a perfect match to make this happen. Jessica doesn't like to carry clutches which for this occasion is ok as long as she add a pair of red pumps under her gown.

And last but not least we have Spanish beauty Paz Vega. I think that this Armani Prive Fall 2011 Couture Asian inspired print tiered gown would look amazing on her. It is just simple enough but still Cannes level for a non competition premiere. Add a black clutch and strappy sandals and she is set to go.

Cannes Film Festiva: L'Oreal Paris Spokesmodel Fan Bingbing

After 2 years of being crowned the Queen of the Cannes Film Festival for her stunning red carpet appearances wearing every designer from Valentino to Armani Prive to Elie Saab, I am really excited to see what she brings to the red carpet. I cant pick her look for the  Opening Ceremony gala premiere of Wes Anderson's 'Moonrise Kingdom,' because she has consistently worn a modern take on a cultural gown by a Chinese designer and always looks stunning in it so who am I to judge. But bellow are all kinds of wishes for Fan to wear during the festival as she is also a L'Oreal Paris spokes model in China

The first look that I would love to see Fan wear is this acid green strapless Armani Prive Spring 2012 Couture gown. I think that this stunning gown against Fans super pale sometimes porcelain colored skin. Pair it with a matching clutch and silver pumps and some stunning diamonds and she will look fab. Next we have a blush pink Georges Chakra Spring 2012 Couture tulle mermaid gown, I think that this would look elegant on Fan paired with silver clutch, peep toes, and some amazing diamonds. This stunning princess cornflower blue and black tulle Oscar de la Renta Fall 2012 RTW ballgown would look amazing on her as she does this dark princess look so well. Pair it with a black clutch, black peep toes, and some stunning diamond earrings and bracelets. And last for this block is this stunning 60's mod inspired Valentino Fall 2010 Couture gown. I think that she would look so pretty int this gown. Silver accessories and minimal diamonds are what are needed to accessories this ensemble. I cant wait to see who she wears this year.

The one designer that Fan is guaranteed to wear to the Cannes Film Festival is Elie Saab haute couture. The first look I would like to see her in is this one shouldered gown from the Fall 2009 couture collection. Fan has worn a gown from this collection in both 2010 and 2011 at this festival and I would love for her to wear this one this year with just a pair of silver sandals. I think that this next floral print gown from the Spring 2011 Couture collection is something that I am surprised that Fan has not worn to this point yet and I would love for her to with a green clutch and silver strappy sandals. Also from the Spring 2011 Couture collection the black one shoulder embellished gown would look amazing on Fan and give her the one black gown she wears during the festival. And last but not least we have this pastel yellow Spring 2012 Couture ball gown. The minute that I saw this gown walk the runway I knew that I had to see Fan in it and Cannes is the perfect platform for it with a gold clutch and gold peep toe pumps.
