2015 American Music Awards: Jennifer Lopez Wish List

Jennifer Lopez is going to be the hostess of the American Music Awards on Sunday night and I am excited to see what she will end up wearing but yet still a little apprehensive. JLo has been either really good, really trashy, or too mumsy as of recently and I am hoping that all of her moments for this awards show are going to be really good. For the red carpet prior to the red carpet I would be really excited to see Jennifer wear this Marchesa Spring 2015 RTW beaded lace corset gown which features a bugle beaded corset and a fishtail skirt with tulle inserts at the hem. Many are fatigued, myself included, with the naked gown trend but I think that Jennifer rocks this type of gown like no other. Keep this gown with an old Hollywood style with a pair of black sandals, a red lip, old Hollywood waves, a black clutch, and a pair of diamond earrings to add a glamour factor instead of letting this gown fall into trashy territory. I am also predicting we will see Jennifer in a bevy of other designers like Zuhair Murad, Atelier Versace, Mugler and Lanvin over the course off the night.

2014 Emmy Awards: E! Live From The Red Carpet Hosts Wish List

With the Emmy Awards just around the corner we all know that the E! team will make it to the red carpet. Giuliana Rancic actually won a Daytime Emmy for being the Fan Favorite Host for E! News. I am expecting to see her go all out for the Primetime Emmy Awards. I would love to see G wear this white Basil Soda Fall 2014 RTW one shoulder peplum gown. I love Giuliana in white and I think that she would look absolutely stunning in this gown. A dazzling pair of diamond drop earrings and a pair of silver sandals will finish this gown off perfectly for the red carpet hostess for the Emmy Awards.

Kelly Osbourne has never been one of my favorites on the red carpet she is either too offbeat for my tastes or her hair clashes with her ensemble. The hair will most likely be the case come the Emmy Awards next month. To minimize the clash of the lavender hair I picked this silver metallic Tony Ward Fall 2014 RTW gown with a ball skirt and embellished top for Kelly to wear for the 2014 Emmy Awards. This is a high impact look that I think I would love even with the my little pony hair color. A simple pair of diamond earrings and a pair of silver sandals would finish this look off  perfectly with a simple lip color.

2013 MTV Movie Awards Wish List Part 1

Anna Kendrick is the star of 'Pitch Perfect' which has received several nominations for this years MTV Movie Awards. Anna is a MTV Movie Awards veteran from all the years she went with 'Twilight.' Well for this year I would love to see her wear this bubblegum pink Basil Soda Fall 2013 RTW flouncy skirt cocktail dress for the awards show. This is an award show where cocktail attire is the dress code and this would be perfect for Anna for this event. Anna used to wear amazing shoes on the red carpet but has been resorting back to standard clunky black and nude pumps with every looks that she has worn in the past year. For this look I would like Anna to pair this dress with the popular Jimmy Choo 'Fitch' gold lace sandals. I think that these sandals and a hot pink clutch would create this amazing MTV Awards ensemble.

Anne Hathaway has procured a few nominations for her work as Fantine in 'Les Miserables.' This is a big surprise for me as this is an Oscar film and Anne has already brought home her little gold man for this role. Even though she is not the one that will win maybe she will attend the ceremony. If she does this black Michael Kors Fall 2013 RTW leather bustier and peplum dress. While Anne wore mostly classic looks for Awards Season there were a few edgy moments and this would look amazing for the MTV Movie Awards. A pair of black simple sandals and this look is red carpet ready.

Emma Watson will definitely be on hand at this years MTV Movie Awards. She is not only nominated for several awards for her film 'The Perks of Being a Wallflower' but is also receiving the 2013 Trailblazer Award. So I would love to see her wear a look that we haven't seen from her in a while. Lately we have seen Emma wearing a lot of multicolored and pattered edgy dresses like the one pictured left. For this awards show I would love to see Emma wear this amazing ivory Alexis Mabille Spring 2013 Couture ballet inspired dress with a structured bow on the shoulder. This is a look that I have been in love with since it first walked the runway in January. Finish this look with a pair of silver glitter sandals, an ivory clutch, a loose hairstyle, and a pink lip to ensure best dressed list status for this red carpet event.

Jennifer Lawrence looked phenomenal at the Academy Awards wearing her lobster bisque colored Christian Dior ballgown to accept her Best Actress statue for 'Silver Linings Playbook.' This was the first time that the new Christian Dior spokesmodel really wowed me whilst wearing the brand. I am hoping that the upcoming MTV Movie Awards will be another night of love for the pair. This color blocked black and white Christian Dior Fall 2013 RTW dress is perfect for this cocktail awards show. Complete this look with a black Judith Leiber clutch, a pair of black Jimmy Choo 'Fitch' sandals, and a tousled up-do will complete this amazing red carpet ensemble.

2013 Academy Awards: Presenter Wish List Part 1

Last week I posted a wish list wanting Anne Hathaway to wear a stunning green Zac Posen ballgown. Well this was before anything Oscar red carpet worthy had come down the runways in New York during fashion week. Well two days after this wish list posted this stunning red Marchesa Fall 2013 RTW gown with gold embroidery walked the runway and I knew that I had to amend my wish for Anne saying I would love to see this gown on her. I am begging for extreme drama from Anne at the Academy Awards as she is the one that is going to take home the Best Supporting Actress statue that night. Just a simple fringe hairstyle and gold satin pumps would be perfect accessories for this amazing ensemble.

I have never featured this stunning black and white Christian Dior Spring 2013 Couture ball gown on the blog, the reason is I have never had someone that could pull it off. A year ago when Charlize Theron had tumbling rolling locks but now that she has a short shaved edgy hair I think she mow has the look to pull off this gown. This gown is one of the stunning ball gowns that were presented last January that sadly almost all have not been worn and this makes me very sad. This gown paired with some stunning Chopard diamond and sapphire earrings and simple black peep toe pumps would be all that is needed to complete this stunning ensemble.

When I saw the Reem Acra Fall 2013 RTW collection I fell in love with this stunning white and black gown. I NEED to see this gown at the Oscars or at an Oscar party. While Emma Stone has not been announced as a presenter for the 2013 Academy Awards she was on hand last month to help this years host Seth McFarlane announce all the nominations, so I believe it is a safe bet that she will be at the prestigious awards ceremony. Emma + this stunning gown would make my jaw drop and shoot her on to best dressed lists internationally. An old Hollywood hairstyle, black peep toe Christian Louboutin pumps, and a bold pink lip would only add to the magic of this winning combination.

Halle Berry is another announced presenter, probably to repay for having to pull out of last years ceremony due to breaking her foot. Well I think that the star that usually takes her red carpet dress too far would look stunning in this blue Naeem Khan Fall 2013 RTW art deco gown. Halle tends to do really sexy on the red carpet and I just don't see how Halle's through and through style can mix with the Academy Awards but I think that this Naeem Khan gown is the perfect mix. Finish with a pair of black Jimmy Choo sandals and simple art deco diamond jewelry and I think Halle has a winning look on her hands.

Kelly Rowland will not be presenting during the actual telecast of the 2013 Academy Awards but she will be on hand as a host of the official red carpet pre-show. Kelly was one of the best dressed at the 2013 Grammy Awards wearing an edgy illusion cutout Georges Chakra couture gown but for this event I am choosing to put her in something a little more glam less edge. I think that this Basil Soda Spring 2013 Couture would be the perfect gown to let Kelly look absolutely stunning but reserved while conducting her red carpet interviews.

One that I am really looking forward to seeing on the red carpet is Reese Witherspoon. She has a classic elegant style that usually wow's when she attends these major red carpet events. I think that this deep purple Zac Posen Fall 2013 RTW draped gown would be the most amazing option for her for this event. The rich color would look amazing on her light tanned skin with a her classic blonde hair. The old Hollywood glamour should continue with a wavy fuax bob. Simple jewels, a jewel encrusted black Leiber clutch, and black sandals would also assist in keeping this a classic old Hollywood glam red carpet look.

2012 Emmy Awards: The E! Live From The Red Carpet Team Wish List

Of course the team from 'E! Live From The Red Carpet' will take to the red carpet to interview and critique all the stars as they walk the red carpet at this years Emmy Awards. They have really started to step up their red carpet styling going with more and more well known designers and runway ensembles. For red carpet interviewer Giuliana Rancic I would love to see her wear this burnt orange Basil Soda Fall 2012 Couture gown with a plunging neckline. Giuliana has the look of a fashion model so I think that this gown would look amazing only if she doesn't go over board with the self tanner and bronzer. Pair this with a sleek up-do and a pair of Brian Atwood gold peep toe pumps to complete the look for the TV presenter.

Kelly Osbourne is the member of the E! Red Carpet team that I just can't understand. How is someone who doesn't look good on the red carpet with lavender hair have any right saying how someone looks. Personal opinions aside I think that this blue and white beaded Tony Ward Fall 2012 Couture gown would be a great choice for Kelly. For her a gown really has to have a great bodice because she is mostly only seen from the waist up and to showcase the look you really have to show amazing details up there. She could wear crocs for all I care if I am not going to see them though midnight blue satin peep toes would be preferred, her hair pulled into a tight bun and simple makeup and maybe I can be persuaded to like this look.
