'Rock of Ages' LA Premiere Wish List

'Rock of Ages' is a jukebox musical that took Broadway by storm when it opened in 2009 and now they have assembled and all star movie cast to perform all the 1980's classic rock hits from bands such as Journey, Bon Jovi , and Styx. Catherine Zeta Jones is amongst the cast and I am excited to see what one of my favorite red carpet divas brings to the red carpet at the LA premiere. I would love to see her wear this amazing long sleeves crochet Elie Saab Fall 2012 RTW black gown. I think that this gown would look absolutely stunning on Catherine as it is sexy while still being sophisticated. Catherine never really carry's a clutch so weather she does or not doesn't really bother me but she must add a pair of black strappy sandals.

Julianne Hough is a hit or a miss on the red carpet for me and I think that if she takes my advice and wears this stunning gold Naeem Khan Fall 2012 RTW disco gown that she could quite possibly have a hit on her hands. To complete this look she should a gold Edie Parker clutch, gold metallic strappy sandals, and her hair voluminous and giant but not tacky.

 Malin Ackerman is another one of the stunning actresses who graces the big screen in this Broadway to Hollywood musical film and it would not surprise me to see her at the LA premiere, I mean it is her movie after all lol. For this premiere I had originally wished for Malin to wear a maroon stunning J. Mendel Fall 2012 RTW gown but Mia Wasikowska wore it to her Cannes Film Festival premiere before I could post the wish, so back to the drawing boards I went. I ended up picking this stunning red Maria Lucia Hohan Fall 2012 RTW Gown. Maria has been really popular on the red carpet since about October of last year and since as dressed everyone from Taylor Swift to Jennifer Lopez to Katherine Heigl and Stacy Keibler. I wanted Malin to bring the old school glam for this premiere and I think that she could with this gown with a classic wavy up-do a la Grace Kelly, a red clutch, red strappy sandals, a few small diamond bracelets, and simple makeup.

Mary J. Blige is the last major celebrity that is set to grace the screen in this film. For the LA Premiere there are three brands that she will most likely choose from Gucci, Roberto Cavalli, and Michael Kors. I am hoping that she goes with this stunning black Michael Kors Fall 2012 RTW gown with a plunging neckline. I think that this would be absolutely stunning on Mary who tends to get it all wrong on the red carpet. I am not saying that this will get her on the best dressed lists, but it will keep her off the worst dressed lists. Add a black clutch, black peep toes, and some amazing diamonds and she is set.

MTV Movie Awards Wish List Part 2

Jennifer Lawrence is the 'Kristen Stewart' of the spring of 2012 because of her hit role as Katniss Everdeen in the blockbuster film 'The Hunger Games.' Jennifer is really the only competition that Kristen has at this years MTV Movie Awards so she needs to look 100% on her game. I would love to see Jennifer wear this abstract forest print Elie Saab Fall 2012 RTW dress. I think that this gown would look absolutely stunning on the young actress. Complete the look with a pair of purple sandals and the look would be absolutely amazing.

I am sure that Kristen Stewart will wear Balenciaga to the 2012 MTV Movie Awards as she is the face of the brands newest fragrance. Now I am kind of expecting her to wear a custom dress because she wore a version of all the cocktail dresses from the Fall 2012 RTW collection to the Met Ball. But if she was to pick a look from the Balenciaga Fall 2012 RTW collection I would recommend this black, red, and grey patterned color blocked leather dress with a peak bustier. I think that this dress would look amazing on Kristen as I know the shape flatters her and I think that the colors would be perfect for her. Complete the look with a pair of black peep toe pumps and she will be set.

I love to see what Rachel McAdams brings to the red carpet as she usually brings something best dressed to the red carpet. For the MTV Movie Awards I would love to see Rachel wearing this lipstick red Jenny Packham Fall 2012 RTW cap sleeve dress. I think that this brings to the table a bunch of different styles from sex kitten to pin up to old hollywood to regal. I feel that this is a dress that if Rachel doesn't snatch it up then Catherine, The Duchess of Cambridge would be happy to pick up. Add a gunmetal clutch and gunmetal strappy sandals.

The last wish I have for the 2012 MTV Movie Awards is for up and coming star Shailene Woodley. Shailene comes from the hit ABC Family show 'The Secret Life of an American Teenager,' and was really jetted to a-list fame after her role in the Oscar nominated film 'The Descendants' where she herself received nominations for several other awards. It has been a pleasure seeing Shailene grow in her red carpet style and I think that for this event that this watercolor print Andrew Gn Spring 2012 RTW dress with a bold blue waistband. I absolutely love this dress and I don't know why this dress hasn't gotten a red carpet moment yet but I think that Shailene would do this dress justice. I would pair this with a bold blue clutch and some gold pumps.

MTV Movie Awards Wish List Part 1

Elizabeth Banks is an unofficial brand ambassador for Versace and has worn them many times this year and I would love that if for the 2012 MTV Movie Awards if she donned the brand again. I would love to see this stunning 60's inspired Versace Pre-Fall 2012 dress on Elizabeth. I think that the color would look stunning on the actress who has been sporting bold colors this year. Add a simple pair of gold metallic pumps and a gold clutch and she is set for an amazing look.

Elle Fanning was the face of the Marc by Marc Jacobs Fall 2011 AD campaign. I think that this is a great match as Marc by Marc is a youthful version of the main line, and Elle is one of the hot new talents in Hollywood. For the 2012 MTV Movie Awards I would love to see Elle wear this copper Marc by Marc Jacobs Fall 2012 RTW metallic polka dot dress. I think that with Elle's new redish brown hair that this gown would look amazing on her pale complexion. Add a pair of matching pumps and she is red carpet ready.

Emma Stone is someone I always look forward to seeing on the red carpet, but her last couple of red carpet outings I have been less than pleased with Emma's performance. I think the this simple red strapless Lanvin Fall 2012 RTW peplum cocktail dress would put Emma back on the Best Dressed track she was in at the beginning of the year. I love Emma in red and with the blonde hair I think that this dress would just pop like no other. Add a matching clutch and peep toe pumps and she is set. Pull her hair back into a tight high pony tail and a bold red lip I would absolutely fall head over heels in love with this ensemble.

Emma Watson is the other famous 'Emma' that I love to see on the red carpet. With the final installment of 'Harry Potter' now released this may be the last time we see Emma at the MTV Movie Awards for a while and I think she needs to go out with a bang and I think this crochet spiderweb inspired black and nude Carven Fall 2012 RTW dress would be absolutely amazing. I could see Emma rocking this gown as maybe even a mini dress and making its look youthful and flirty as she does with almost everything she wears. Add a bold pop of pink somewhere in this look by way of either a clutch or peep toe pumps and a pink lip and she would look absolutely stunning.

Cannes Film Festival: Closing Ceremony Gala Screening of 'Therese Desqueyroux'

The Closing Ceremony of the 2012 Cannes Film Festival features a gala screening of 'Thérèse Desqueyroux' staring Audrey Tautou. Audrey exclusively wears Chanel on the red carpet which is fitting after she played the brands founder Coco Chanel on the big screen. For this premiere I would love to see Audrey wear this blue gown with multicolored strong shouldered Chanel Fall 2009 Couture gown. I think that Audrey would look amazing in this gown. I know that it is a long shot to ask Audrey to wear gold pumps as I am sure that she will pair this with black satin pumps.

This is the second time that Berenice Bejo will have duties at the festival and I think that she should wear this amazing fully beaded white Elie Saab Fall 2009 Couture work of art. This is not just a gown but with all the detail in it, it is truly a work of art and deserves to be in a museum somewhere. Just add a pair of silver pumps and maybe some bold emerald jewelry to complete this stunning ensemble.

Last but not least we have the final look for Diane Kruger to wear at the festival. Diane will most likely wear something more relaxed at this event which is why I have picked this nude Elie Saab Spring 2010 Couture gown with strong shoulders. I think that this gown would look amazing on Diane and it shocks me to this point that no one has worn it yet. Add a gold clutch, and gold strappy sandals and she is set for her final red carpet.
