It was extremely difficult to narrow it down to just 10 as there were many favorites last night, see who just barely missed out on this list and all the best looks from the after parties, and all the worst dressed on the Facebook fan page on Thursday!

Eva Longoria ended her hit TV series 'Desperate Housewives' last year but will be on hand at this years Golden Globe Awards to help present an award. Eva is either a major hit or a tragic miss on the red carpet and lately there have been a lot more misses than hits. I think that if she put on this amazing gold Georges Hobeika Spring 2013 RTW gown that she would be a hit. Eva tends to go for the overly dramatic which sometime works out well (in case of her pink Marchesa gown at last years Cannes Film Festival) but I think that simple silhouette that this gown provides is just the right amount of drama needed for an event like this one tonight. Finish this look off with a gold clutch, gold peep toe pumps, and some amazing diamond jewelry and she will stun.

Halle Berry is not one of the people that I look forward to seeing on the red carpet but I pain through seeing her every time she steps out. The 46 year old actress still dresses like she is 25 and I believe that it is time for her to garner a more sophisticated way of dressing. I think that this black and gold body hugging Badgley Mischka Pre-Fall 2013 gown would be the perfect option for Halle. This gown would show off all her famous curves without showing off too much. Pair this gown with gold strappy Jimmy Choo sandals and Halle's spunk and she has a winning look

Last week on the day that the Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced that Jennifer Lopez would be attending the Golden Globe Awards as a presenter, Mrs Lopez tweeted a picture of a room full of glamorous gowns saying that she hoped she could find a dress. I looked to see if this red Zuhair Murad Fall 2012 Couture gown was on the racks but it seemed to be a sea of black, grey, silver, and white and I was disappointing to not see this but who knows what will actually be worn. I think that this gown is a total JLo dress and she would work it like it owed her back rent. Finish the look with some black sandals and some stunning jewels and she will look amazing.

Kate Hudson has always been one of my favorites on the red carpet because no matter how fussy of a dress that she may wear Kate always looks glamorous and elegant. Whether wearing an Atelier Versace gown or an Alexander McQueen tuxedo, or a Dolce and Gabbana bodysuit, Kate always looks great. For the Golden Globe Awards where Kate is also a presenter I think that she should wear this light gold Emilio Pucci Pre-Fall 2013 gown. I saw the pictures of this gown from multiple angles on twitter from fashion editors and stylists and buyers who were at the presentation and I fell in love with it right then and there. Pair this with a sparkling pale gold clutch and sandals as well as some vintage jewelry and I know Kate would be on my best dressed list.

Kerry Washington had a great run this week while premiering her latest film 'Django: Unchained,' which is nominated for Best Picture. Kerry will be on hand as a presenter tonight and I think that this very 60's inspired tangerine Jenny Packham Spring 2013 RTW gown would be perfect for the star. She loves to have fun with fashion and has wowed us as a L'Oreal Paris spokesmodel walking the red carpets of the Cannes Film Festival and this has been the first time in a very long time that we have been able to see Kerry break out the showstopping gowns. Pair this gown with a gold clutch, gold pumps, and some gold earrings and she is set.

From one L'Oreal Paris girl to another we have a wish for 'Glee' star and new L'Oreal spokesmodel Lea Michele. Since she has broken out onto the red carpet scene Lea has had a great bond with Oscar de la Renta and they do seem to pair well together. I would love to see her wear this burnt orange Oscar de la Renta Pre-Fall 2013 mermaid gown. Lea loves over the top glamor and has had some show stopping moments and some tragic missteps but I am really looking forward to seeing her on the red carpet this year. Finish this look with the runway clutch, some gold sandals, and some amazing vintage jewelry and Lea will leave me in shock and awe.

Versace does not have any official brand ambassadors like Chanel and Dior do but if they were Lucy Liu would definitely be one of them. Now I know that I am making a very bold wish for her to wear this pink Atelier Versace Fall 2012 Couture gown for the 2013 Golden Globe Awards. This is a risk not because it is Versace but because it is a print and traditionally bold printed gowns like this are saved for music stars for the likes of the American Music Awards, the VMA's, or the Grammy's but I think that this is a perfect choice for Lucy as she is one of the few that could pull of this gown. Add the finishing touches of a silver clutch, silver crystal embellished sandals, and some simple jewelry and she is going to be the talk of the red carpet.

Rosie Huntington-Whitely is not a presenter for the 2013 Golden Globe Awards but her long time boyfriend Jason Statham is and I am hoping that she will attend with him. If she does I would love to see her wear this simple black Antonio Bearadi Spring 2013 RTW gown. I would modify this gown to remove the exaggerated peplum as it is a lot for someone who is not a presenter or a nominee. Finish the look with sleek black accessories and some stunning diamonds and even though she would just be a plus one tonight she will look smoking hot and be on any best dressed list.

Jennifer Garner is the wife of Best Director Nominee Ben Affleck and has been on his arm throughout the promo tour of the film that he is nominated for, Argo. Jennifer is going to be one of the presenters at the award show, because of her ties to Ben it really doesn't surprise me. I had fallen out of love with Jennifer on the red carpet as she always seemed to not wow me but as of lately while premiering 'Argo' she has been wowing me constantly. For the 2013 Golden Globe awards I would like to see her wear this glamorous black and white Oscar de la Renta Resort 2013 gown. I have been surprised that this gown has not been worn and I think that Jennifer would look amazing wearing this gown. Pair this gown with a black and white Edie Parker clutch, a pair of black and silver Christian Louboutin peep toe pumps, as well as some amazing diamond earrings and bracelets and she will look amazing playing the role of arm candy.

Jessica Alba was one of the lovely ladies who helped announce the nominees for this year's Golden Globe Awards. Because of this I believe that she will be on hand to present one of the awards this year. Back in September Jessica attended the Ralph Lauren Spring 2013 RTW fashion show during New York Fashion Week with her stylist Brad Goreski. She has yet to wear a look from the collection and as soon as I saw this stunning red beaded gown I have been calling it for the striking star. The recipient of this year's Cecil B. Demile Award is Jodie Foster and she has become very predictable on the red carpet. At least year's Golden Globe Awards Jodie wore the Giorgio Armani gown that I had actually wished for her to wear for the event. As this year she is more than a presenter and is actually an honored guest I am asking Jodie to wear couture. I think that this midnight blue Armani Prive Fall 2012 Couture gown is perfect for Jodie. It is a simple velvet gown and can be dressed up. Pair this look with a silver Judith Leiber clutch, embellished black peep toe pumps, and some really dazzling diamonds and Jodie will no doubt look stunning on the red carpet.

Kristen Stewart has been one of those actresses that has started to grow on the red carpet. In the end of 2012 Kristen wore a lot of looks that were sheer enough to bare her legs and a few times pulled off these risque looks but most of the time she failed. I think that this paint splatter print J. Mendel Pre-Fall 2013 gown is totally the perfect mix of glamour, from the style of the gown, and grunge, from the print, to make up a perfect gown for Kirsten. I think that she would look amazing. Kirsten was on hand to announce that Jodie Foster is going to be the winner of the Cecil B. Demile Award because she work with Jodie when she was just a young girl. Megan Fox was also on hand in December to announce the Golden Globe nominations with Jessica Alba. The star still exudes sex appeal but she has toned down the overtly sexy looks on the red carpet. This is why I have chosen to put Megan in this navy blue Monique Lhuillier Pre-Fall 2013 gown. I think that this gown would look amazing on Megan. Pair it with a silver clutch from Edie Parker, a pair of black peep toe pumps, a pair of dazzling drop earrings, and a cuff bracelet and she is set to wow on the red carpet.

Stacy Keibler is the arm candy of George Clooney who is indirectly nominated as he is one of the producers of Ben Affleck's film 'Argo.' It is because of this that I am expecting to see Stacy walk the red carpet. I have seen Stacy grow from wearing gowns that she had to buy off the rack to wearing gowns as they come off the runway. I would love to see Stacy wear this fuchsia pink Marchesa Spring 2013 RTW gown. This was not one of the gowns that was presented on the runway in September but part of the collection that was pre-sold from ModaOperandi.com. I think that this is a perfect look for Stacy as she has really started to capture my attention since her hot of the runway Marchesa gown at last years Oscars. Gold accessories including a gold clutch and gold peep toe pumps as well as George Clooney finish this possible award winning look.

For Taylor Swift, who is part of the team nominated for Best Song for her song 'Safe and Sound' from the hit film 'The Hunger Games,' I have decided to dig into the Elie Saab archives to one of my favorite collections and one of my favorite dresses. Taylor has been known to dig into Elie's couture archives for her red carpet appearances. I think that this white Elie Saab Spring 2008 Couture gown is stunning for Taylor. She has been taking a sophisticated route to dressing lately and I think that she would look amazing in this. Pair this stunning gown with a silver Edie Parker clutch, silver Christan Louboutin sandals, and some amazing Chopard diamonds to complete this amazing look for her. I may just die if she were to wear this gown.

2013 Golden Globe Awards Wish List: Best Supporting Actress in a TV Show

Here we have the final round of nominees, these lovely ladies are nominated for their roles as Best Supporting Actress in a TV Show for their respective programs. Archie Panjabi has never held a Golden Globe nomination for her work on 'The Good Wife' despite taking home the Emmy back in 2010 and maintaining a nomination in this category at the Emmy's every year since the show took off. The British Indian beauty loves to wear either very light colored and ethereal or bold and structured gowns on the red carpet. For the 2013 Golden Globe Awards I have chosen to put Archie in this stunning grape purple Angel Sanchez Resort 2013 gown. This simple aline skirt with a structured peplum bodice detailed with shimmering laser cutouts would look divine on Mrs Panjabi. Finish this look with a silver mirrored box clutch, matching purple peep toe pumps, a dazzling pair of diamond earrings complimented by and updo and she is set to wow amongst some of the red carpet worlds heaviest hitters.

Hayden Panettiere is not one of my favorites to see grace the red carpet. More often than not she wears looks that wash her out or are just to bulky for her small frame. I have chosen to put the actress nominated for her work in the hit series 'Nashville' in this gold Zuhair Murad Spring 2013 RTW gown. I think that this gown would be lovely on Hayden as it would just make her glow unlike the blush pink dresses she tends to favor that do her no favors. Pair this dress with a gold and turquoise Marchesa clutch, Jimmy Choo 'Belle' sandals with turquoise stones and gold fringe, as well as some gold and turquoise drop earrings and I think we have a winning look.

Sarah Paulson is nominated in this category for her role in the HBO TV movie 'Game Change.' The actress stunned wearing an dusty blue Reem Acra ball gown for the 2012 Emmy Awards. For this years Golden Globe Awards I am hoping to see Sarah Wear this Tadashi Shoji Spring 2013 RTW gown. I have been in love with this gown and it has the potential to make it into an Academy Awards wish list if it doesn't get worn before then. I think Sarah would do this dress justice and that is saying a lot because she is the exact opposite of who I plan to wish for this dress for the Oscars. Pair this with a gold metallic clutch and some gold strappy sandals and she is set to stun.

And last but not least for the nominees we have Colombian beauty Sofia Vergara who is once again nominated for her work in 'Modern Family.' I have missed seeing Miss Vergara wear the designs of Carolina Herrera on the red carpet. If she is one of the few that Carolina will lend clothing to why hasn't she worn her beautiful gown in so long. Well I am wishing to change that by hoping to see her wear this dot printed Carolina Herrera Pre-Fall 2013 gown. I think that Sofia is one of the few who has the presence to pull this gown off. Simple diamond jewelry and silver peep toe pumps are all that is needed to finish this look as the dress speaks on its own enough without loads of styling.

2013 Golden Globe Awards Wish List: Best Actress in a TV Drama

When I chose this Nina Ricci Spring 2013 RTW dress for Claire Danes she was still pregnant and I was not sure when she was due to give birth, but she has recently given birth to a baby boy. Many will look at this wish and not understand why I am wishing for her to wear a short gown. Well I am actually wishing for Claire to wear a modified version of this dress to have it turned into a gown. I think that this blue dress from Nina Ricci would make a stunning gown and is totally something that Claire would wear in either version. Pair this gown with a blue clutch and a pair of blue peep toe pumps a small diamond earring and a collection of small diamond bracelets and this look is complete

Glenn Close has worn some things that I loved and some things that I have hated. I think that I would love her in this red and black Zac Posen Pre-Fall 2013 gown. Glenn frequents wearing Zac Posen designs on the red carpet for major awards shows, she wore his gowns for the 2012 SAG and Academy Awards. I love this dress and she would be the first person to grace the red carpet in one of the designs from this collection if she was to choose this gown. A black clutch, black peep toe pumps, and some diamond accessories to finish off the look would make her sophisticated and stunning

Julianne Marguilies has started stepping out of her comfort zone of Narciso Rodriguez and L'Wren Scott designs on the red carpet, especially at the 2012 Emmy Awards where she donned a daring and risky Giambattista Valli couture floral print ball gown. Well for this event I would love to see Julianna wear this black and nude Donna Karan Resort 2013 gown. I have been dying to see this gown walk the red carpet since it was first presented in May of last year and I think that Julianna is the perfect match for this gown. Just some statement gold earrings and a pair of black peep toe pumps and she will wow the fashion world.

Michelle Dockery has yet to wow me n the red carpet after two major flops at the Met Ball wearing Ralph Lauren and the Emmy Awards wearing a custom Louis Vuitton I am hoping that the 'Downton Abby' star will finally wow me. I think that this watercolor blue print Giorgio Armani Spring 2013 RTW dress transformed into a gown would be just what she needs to wow me. Finish the look with a silver Edie Parker confetti clutch, silver Christian Loubouitn sandals, and some amazing diamond statement earrings and this looks is complete and will no doubt garner her some positive red carpet attention.

There are only two wishes in this category because both the hostesses Tina Fey and Amy Poehler are the fellow nominees so there was no need to feature them twice. Julia debuted this softer non Narciso Rodriguez wearing self at the 2012 Emmy Awards where she won the same award that she is nominated here for. I have chosen to keep Julia branching out her designers by putting her in this pink Georges Hobeika Spring 2013 RTW gown with gold embroidery. I think that this gown would look stunning on Julia as she has a complexion that would compliment this gown fantastically. Finish off the look with a gold embellished clutch, and some gold strappy sandals as well as a pair of gold earrings and she is ready to walk the carpet.

Zooey Deschanel is one of my favorites in the past year to see take to the red carpet. From her black and acid green Prada at the 2012 Golden Globe Awards and her ice blue laser cut Reem Acra gown at the 2012 Emmy Awards she has kept me on my toes with her quirky red carpet style. Her style is obviously what inspired me to pick this navy blue and white stripped Oscar de la Renta Spring 2013 RTW ball gown. This gown is one of my favorites that walked the Oscar de la Renta Spring runway but because it has the bold striped pattern it deters a lot of people from wearing it. Zoe would finish this with a bright green or yellow clutch, gold pumps, and her signature 60s style hair and make up complete the look.

Jessica Lange has been nominated for 'American Horror Story' once again. She took home the award last year and the supporting actress award at the Emmy Awards. I would love to see her wear this forest green Catherine Malandrino Pre-Fall 2013 gown. Jessica tends to favor sophisticated modern gowns and I think that this color would look fabulous on her. Finish it with gold accessories including a gold box clutch, gold pumps, and gold jewelry.

I am wishing for Julianne Moore to wear this french empire/greek toga inspired black Chanel Pre-Fall 2013 gown. Julianne wore a black Chanel Couture gown for the 2012 Golden Globe Awards but I think that this gown would look amazing on her. Finish this look with a gunmetal crystal embellished clutch, and some black peep toe pumps as well as some amazing diamonds Julianne (who will most likely take home the statue) will look absolutely stunning.

I go back and forth when I see Sienna Miller on the red carpet sometimes she looks expensive and boho but often she looks cheap and hobo. I am going to glamorous boho for the 2013 Golden Globe Awards by putting her in this white Ralph Lauren Spring 2013 RTW draped gown with a red rose hip embellishment. I think that this gown is right up Sienna's ally when it comes to her red carpet style. I hope she doesn't let me down in the styling department if she is to pick this gown. I would pair this look with a red hard plastic curved box clutch, silver Jimmy Choo 'Vamp' sandals, as well as some simple diamond drop earrings and this look is complete with a loose updo and a red lip.

Sigourney Weaver is a stunning woman who knows how to dress for her age on the red carpet.
