In Hollywood in the days leading up to the Golden Globe Awards the Prabal Gurung Pre- Fall 2013  collection had several red carpet outings. For the 2013 Screen Actors Guild Awards I would love to see Claire Danes wow me like she did at the Globes in her red Atelier Versace gown a mere month after giving birth to her son. I think that she would do just that in this stunning sleek white and black gown from the Prabal Pre- Fall collection. Finish the look with an aqua clutch, black sandals, and dazzling diamond jewelry. 

After wowing me at the Emmy Awards in a daring Giambattista Valli couture floral print ball gown, Julinana Margulies really disappointed me at the Golden Globe Awards in a too edgy Armani Prive Fall 2012 Couture gown. I am going to be extremely if this gown gets sent to the depths of the Armani Prive archives as the show for the Spring 2013 Couture collection is Tuesday. Finish this with a silver Jimmy Choo tube clutch, silver Jimmy Choo sandals, and a pair of diamond chandelier earrings and she will rock the red carpet and make me swoon.

Jessica Lange is one woman who definitely knows how to dress her age and I think that this emerald green Tadashi Shoji Fall 2012 RTW gown would be perfect for the 'American Horror Story' star who is nominated for her work in the series. I although would make sure that the dress is not too low cut. Finish the look with gold accessories and I could not be made a happier man.

Michelle Dockery gave me my first wow moment for her at the Golden Globe Awards wearing a white and gold custom Alexandre Vauthier Couture gown and I am hoping she keeps her fashion ball rolling for the SAG Awards. The Actress who is nominated for her work in 'Downton Abby' has a relationship with designer Ralph Lauren so I decided to put her in this 1920's inspired Ralph Lauren Spring 2013 RTW gown. I think that this gown would look stunning on Michelle who definitely should stick to these period inspired looks because she always looks so amazing in them. Tomorrow in Washington DC the President of the United States will be sworn in on the steps of Capitol Hill for his second term. And as much as all the political nuts will be watching for the speeches and the commentary, the members of the fashion industry will be watching to see what the First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama, will be wearing. The First Lady has done so much for American designers, even helping to launch the careers of designers like Prabal Gururng, Jason Wu, and Naeem Khan. I would like to see the first lady wear these two pieces from different Badgley Mischka collections. I think that the sand gold beaded Resort 2013 coat would be amazing over the blouse and skirt style Pre-Fall 2012 dress. Finish the look with a pair of gold pumps and she will look amazing even in the predicted 34 degree weather.

The First Lady does like to have some fun with fashion and I think that this Naeem Khan Fall 2012 RTW one shouldered ball gown would look amazing on her. I first wondered if this was too much of a risk for the inaugural events but after consulting with many people I decided that my original gut would look amazing. I am almost positive thought that she will wear a custom designed gown from an up and coming designer as she single-handedly launched the career of Jason Wu four years ago at the inaugural balls. Alfre Woodard is fabulous and wears lots of looks from emerging designers and a lot of black. For the 2013 SAG Awards I have mixed the two by wishing for her to wear this stunning Farah Angsana Spring 2013 RTW gown. This gown would look amazing on Alfre who is 60 years young. Finish this with a black and silver Judith Leiber clutch, black pumps, and some stunning diamond jewelry and the star will shine brightly.

Julianne Moore looked amazing two major appearances in a row the Emmy Awards and then this past Sunday at the Golden Globe Awards. The star has not picked up one of the complicated Lanvin gowns that she has favored in the past in quite some time and for that I am grateful. She really looks her best in crisp classic silhouettes. For the SAG Awards I would love to see Julianne wear this golden yellow Versace Pre-Fall 2013 wrap gown. I think that this would look stunning on the actress who is the favorite to win Best Actress in a TV Movie or Miniseries. She wore a bright yellow gown for the Emmy Awards and looked amazing. Hair in a slick pony tail, a red lip, and all metallic gold accessories would finish off the amazing look for the star.

Sigourney Weaver was absent from the Golden Globe Awards so I am hoping to see her on the red carpet at the SAG Awards next week. She always brings a class and glamor to the red carpet that only comes with sophistication. I think that this pale gold Reem Acra Spring 2013 RTW gown would be a great choice for this awards show. Finish it off with gold sandals and some stunning diamond earrings and I think she will stun the entire way down the carpet.

2013 Screen Actors Guild Awards Wish List: Best Supporting Actress

I think that Anne Hathaway is a stunning human being who has been liberated by cutting off her hair for her role in 'Les Miserables' but the star recently has been underwhelming me on the red carpet, especially after all her risky looks towards the latter part of 2012. That this black and white Oscar de la Renta Spring 2013 RTW gown would be the perfect choice for Annie. It may not be the edgy Tom Ford that she wore to the New York premiere of 'Les Miserables' but it is not the simple designs that she has been wearing lately either. This gown paired with an Edie Parker gold confetti clutch, black sandals like it was styled on the runway with, and edgy hair like worn to the National Board of Review Awards and I will be happy that Anne got that mojo back.

Helen Hunt was on an elegant role up until the Golden Globe Awards where she ended up on my worst dressed list wearing an ugly Dolce & Gabbana gown. I think that this Naeem Khan Spring 2013 RTW black beaded gown would be amazing for Helen as it is a sexy but demure gown that is age appropriate. Finish this with a black clutch, a pair of black pumps, a pair of diamond earrings, and a diamond and emerald ring to complete the look.

Nicole Kidman has been on a red carpet roll lately wearing a bunch of things that I have been in love with. When being interviewed on the red carpet at the Golden Globe Awards, Nicole said that she had fallen out of love with fashion but then she started playing the role of Grace Kelly and all of the sudden she was interested again. I am excited that Nicole has fell back in love with fashion because I am in love with her right now. For the SAG Awards I think that the stunning Australian actress would look stunning in this cream lace Elie Saab Spring 2013 RTW gown. I love this amazing gown and Nicole would look sexy and demure all at the same time wearing this gown. Helen Mirren is really a super stunning woman who just seems to get more and more beautiful with age. At 67 Helen is still wearing the designs of edgy designers like Jean Paul Gaultier and Dolce & Gabbana. For the 2013 Screen Actors Guild Awards I would like to see Helen wear this ethereal white Marchesa Pre-Fall 2013 gown with sheer sleeves. The last time that Helen and Marchesa collaborated the result was best dressed worthy and I am hoping to see that again. Finish this look with a gold clutch and some gold pumps and she will look phenomenal

Since the first time I saw the Louis Vuitton Spring 2013 RTW collection I have seen Jessica Chastain wearing this black long sleeved gown (Pictured far right). I think that this gown is sleek and modern which is not something that Jessica gives very often. I think that the fair skinned red head would make this typical black gown into something spectacular. As she is the favorite to take home the statue next Sunday I am extremely excited to see what she will wear. I would pair this gown with a simple black clutch, some black peep toe pumps, and a pair of statement emerald and diamond cluster earrings. I would also recommend that Jessica stray from her norm of wearing her hair down in glamorous Hollywood waves and opt for a sleek tight bun.

As I said yesterday Jennifer and Dior have not had the best of relationships with each other but I am predicting that she will don another Dior look for the 2013 SAG Awards. I have decided to put her in red again event after her grand red Dior at the Golden Globes. I would modify this red and pink look from the Christian Dior Spring 2013 RTW collection to have a full length skirt and that the extra panel also fall to the floor. This is a more youthful look that I think would look amazing on Jennifer who is only 22. All the Dior looks that she has worn in the past have drastically aged her and if she doesn't give me showstopping at the SAG in Dior, I will not be wishing for her to wear the brand for the Academy Awards.

Now it is a no brainier that Marion Cotillard will wear Christian Dior as she has almost exclusively worn the brand for the past three years for all of her red carpet appearances. I think that this look from the Christian Dior Spring 2013 RTW collection would be perfect for the French beauty. This would be the best choice for the actress because if she wears one more look from the Fall 2012 Couture collection I might be forced to kick a dog as she has worn almost the entire collection herself. Finish the look with a bold colored clutch and some black peep toe pumps and she will look stunning on the red carpet.

I have a new found love for Naomi Watts on the red carpet. Over the past month she has found herself with with 4 best dressed looks and I am hoping that the 2013 SAG Awards will just be another check on the best dressed category. If she wears this sweet pink Atelier Versace Fall 2012 Couture gown for the event then she is well on her way. The only thing that might ruin this look could be the styling. Finish this look with a gold pair of sandals and an Old Hollywood hairstyle and she will get that best dressed nomination.

2013 Producers Guild Awards Wish List

Anne Hathaway has been the one making the awards season circuit so far as the ambassador for her film 'Les Miserables' which is going to be honored at the Producers Guild Awards. For this award show I would love to see Anne wear this stunning burnt orange Zac Posen Spring 2013 RTW dress. At the end of 2012 Anne wore a lot of edgy looks but since the start of awards season she has been giving 90's simplicity on the red carpet and I am begging for some amazing drama from her again. Finish this stunning dress off with a gold Judith Leiber clutch and some strappy Jimmy Choo gladiator sandals and she will start wowing me yet again.

Jennifer Lawrence has not had the best of luck with the Christian Dior brand ambassador title as she isn't able to rock the looks like others had. I have decided to try giving the brand another shot. I think that this navy blue and magenta peplum top paired with black cigarette pants from the Christian Dior Fall 2012 Couture collection would be a great choice for the young star. Pull her hair into a ponytail, no clutch, simple earrings, and some black pumps to keep this look all about the top might just get me to change my mind about her as a Dior spokesmodel.

As the lead star in the promotion and publicity of 'Zero Dark Thirty' I believe that we will see her at the Producers Guild Awards. For this events celebrities tend to favor cocktail dresses or simple gowns and I usually like Jessica more in a gown so that is why I have chosen this Gucci gown. Finish this look with a gold and black Alexander McQueen clutch and some black strappy sandals and she will look amazing with some Veronica Lake wave hair.

Stacy Keibler is the girlfriend and arm candy of nominee George Clooney who was one of the producers on the film 'Argo.' I think that she will undoubtedly bring the glamor to the event as she is the arm candy of a nominee. I think that she would look amazing in this silver art deco inspired Naeem Khan Pre-Fall 2013 gown. I love this gown and think that with Stacy's natural tan she would sparkle like a diamond. Finish off the look with a silver Edie Parker clutch, some silver Jimmy Choo sandals, and some simple vintage jewels and she will shine brighter than she ever has.

Paris Spring 2013 Couture Fashion Week Wish List

Cate Blanchett made her red carpet comeback at the end of 2012 as the head jury member of the Dubai International Film Festival and I am hoping to see much more of her this year and as a huge fan of Armani Prive it would not surprise me to see the stunning actress sitting front row next week. I would put Cate in the lavender version of this Armani Prive Fall 2012 Couture dress. Cate wore the almost same color blue for the 'Life of Pi' premiere at the Dubai Film Festival so I think the lavender would be a perfect choice. She would pair the look with the runway pumps that are the perfect match to the stunning dress to complete a best dressed front row look.

Jessica Chastain has the power to win an Oscar this year and I am sure that she will be in Paris attending all the fashion shows of her favorite red carpet brands. Last year on the day that she was nominated for her Oscar for 'The Help' she attended the Armani Prive Spring 2012 Couture show and Mr Armani personally congratulated the stunning actress and handed her a bouquet of roses. She did not go on to wear a look for the Oscars but did choose a suit from the collection for the Independent Spirit Awards. Well I have decided to put the actress in a green look from the same Armani Prive Spring 2012 Couture collection for the Spring 2013 Couture presentation. I love a redhead in green as I think it is a stunning combination whenever it is done.

Dita von Teese is a huge fan of Elie Saab but as of late we have been void of any collaborations between the two and this makes me very sad. I would love to see the 1940's pinup beauty wear this stone colored Elie Saab Spring 2013 RTW suit for the Spring 2013 Couture presentation. I think that this would be a winning combination. Put a gold beaded belt and some gold Christian Louboutins to finish off this stunning look.

Jessica has been another huge fan of Elie Saab's red carpet work and has already worn two dresses from the designers Spring 2013 RTW collection whilst promoting the film that she is nominated for an Oscar for, 'Zero Dark Thirty.' I think that this pale pink Elie Saab Spring 2013 RTW gown would be perfect for the star to wear while sitting front row at the show to scope out possible Oscar gowns.

Diane Kruger is always front row at Chanel shows especially the couture shows. I would love to see the stunning German actress wear this black and white tweed coat from the Chanel Fall 2012 Couture show for the Spring 2013 Couture presentation. I love this coat and there are not many platforms where a celebrity would be able to wear this but entering the Grand Palais on a cold Paris morning this would be perfect.

Olivia Palermo is another one who is always on hand during fashion week and always makes her most fashionable arrival at the Valentino Couture show. I would like to see her wear this Valentino Fall 2012 Couture black and gold beaded cocktail dress that we recently saw on Jennifer Lawrence at the Peoples Choice Awards. I do not really believe in re-runs but seeing that Olivia would personally have to own this dress to wear it as she is just a fashion editor and not a Hollywood actress I would only find it fitting for her to wear this for the show.

Giambattista Valli designed all the gowns for Jessica Biel's wedding to Justin Timberlake last year. The two have been friends for a long time and it would not surprise me to see her at the designers show in Paris next week. I would love to see her wear this cream and gold Giambattista Valli Spring 2013 RTW dress paired with a cream coat to keep her warm in the chilly Paris streets.
