Elle Fanning is someone who I cant decide if I love or loathe when she steps out on a red carpet, there have been a few times when she has come out and wowed me but that moment is very few and far between. For the New York Film Festival premiere of her new film 'Ginger and Rosa' I would love to see Elle dig into the Valentino Spring 2012 Couture runway closet and pull out this white cocktail dress with billowing sleeves and a high sheer neck. Elle can pull off these vintage and antique inspired ensembles. I wish that Elle would stray away from the 70s style platform shoes cuz honestly they were not cute then and they are not cute now. A pair of silver Jimmy Choo low heels would be perfect for this ensemble.
Christina Hendricks is really going to have to step up her game if she is going to be the other half of the promo tour for this film because with a heavy hitter like Elle Fanning in the picture no one will even care that she is there if she continues to wear boring black ensembles that are unflattering and just flat out ugly. For the New York Film Festival Premiere of this film I would love to see her wear this cobalt blue Tadashi Shoji Holiday 2012 gown. Now this gown has a bunch of things that will help her look elegant and curvacious and not frumpy and fat. The first thing is the off the shoulder sweetheart neckline of this gown will highlight her amazing bosom without putting all the girls on display. The second thing, which Tadashi Shoji gowns are critically acclaimed and red carpet certified, is the ruching that is extremely slimming, which makes these gowns extremely popular amongst larger stars like Octavia Spencer, Sara Ramirez, and Mo.Nique. Pair this with a pair of silver strappy sandals and a silver embellished clutch and she might have a hit on her hands right here.
