2015 Golden Globe Awards: Amal, Gwyneth, Kate, Kristen, & Salma Wish List

George Clooney is going to be the recipient of this years Cecil B. DeMille award and I am hoping that new wife Amal Alamuddin-Clooney will be on his arm to support him. We all fell in love with Amal during her wedding weekend when she paraded around in designers like Dolce & Gabbana, Stella McCartney, Giambattista Valli Couture, Alexander McQueen, and Oscar de la Renta. I am hoping that we will continue to see her showcase amazing style at the Golden Globe Awards on Sunday night. I am picking this red and black Armani Prive Fall 2014 Couture peplum column gown. I think that this silhouette and color would look absolutely amazing on Amal who has that exotic beauty about her. A chic updo, black Stuart Weitzman 'Nudist' sandals, a black clutch, and a red lip would ensure that Amal is able to stand her own against all the nominated movie stars.
Gwyneth Paltrow will be on hand Sunday night as a presenter. The actress is no doubt going to me making the rounds as her film "Mortdecai" with Johnny Depp gets its theatrical release on January 23. I am praying that we see Gwyneth bring her certain type of exquisiteness to the red carpet. As she is just a presenter I don't imagine that she will wear an over the top red carpet look. I picked this simple black Boss Pre-Fall 2015 gown with a simple silhouette and an elegant draped chiffon cowel back. I think that this is a perfect gown for Gwyn as she will be able to breath an amazing amount of life into this black gown. A pair of dazzling diamond chandelier earrings, a diamond cuff, hair pulled up into a chic bun, a black clutch, and a pair of black Christian Louboutin sandals would finish this look perfectly for the Golden Globes red carpet.
Kate Hudson had an amazing year last year on the red carpet and I am praying that she will be bringing the same to the red carpets this year. As a presenter I would love to see Kate wear this stunning Chanel Fall 2014 Couture embellished gown. The embellishments on this gown are a mix of crystals, paillettes, and concrete beads. The gown I have heard weighs something like 85 pounds and I think that if anyone could wear this and make it look easy it is Kate. A pair of gunmetal Christian Louboutin peep toe pumps, a gunmetal Edie Parker clutch, and simple earrings are the perfect accessories for this red carpet look. Finish the look with a chic beachy updo and a bright pink lip color will ensure that Kate has an amazing red carpet moment on her hands.
Kristen Wiig tends not to be a favorite of mine when she takes to the red carpet. I am hoping that come Sunday night at the Golden Globe Awards, where she will be a presenter, that she gives me a major red carpet ensemble. I picked this Marchesa Pre-Fall 2015 embroidered ribbon lace short sleeve mermaid gown that is rendered in a nylon net and features a mermaid silhouette with a scoop neckline and allover beaded embroidery on a ribbon lace. I think that this gown would look absolutely amazing on Kristen on the Golden Globe red carpet. Keeping the look simple with a pair of basic black Stuart Weitzman 'Nudist' sandals and simple earrings will finish this look off in a perfect way for Kristen to work on the Globes red carpet.
Salma Hayek will be on hand Sunday night as well as one of the presenters at the Golden Globe Awards. I figure that the first lady of the Gucci Group will wear a custom gown from one of the brands houses like Gucci, Stella McCartney, Alexander McQueen, or Balenciaga. Again as I have said with other stars who I am sure will wear custom I can not exactly predict, though I am predicting Gucci Premiere, what exactly the gown will look like. So instead I picked this Alexander McQueen beaded bodice strapless black gown from Bergdorf Goodman. I know that this is actually highly unlikely but I think that Salma would look stunning wearing this design.

2015 Golden Globe Awards: Michelle, Robin, Ruth, Taylor, Uzo, & Viola Wish List

Today marks the last day of red carpet wishes for the 2015 Golden Globe Award nominees, starting tomorrow will be presenters! We are getting close ladies and gentlemen! Only 4 more days! Michelle Monaghan is nominated for Best Supporting Actress in a Series, Mini-Series, or Motion Picture Made for Television at Sunday nights awards thanks to her HBO mini-series "True Detective." I was absolutely loving almost everything that Michelle was putting down on the red carpet last year and I am hoping that she keeps up her red carpet mojo during awards season. I picked this dramatic Georges Hobeika Fall 2014 Couture trumpet gown with metallic lace and a portrait neckline for the actress to work as she walks the red carpet. A chic chignon, a light face of makeup, a clutch dyed to match, and a pair of gold pumps would ensure that Michelle makes a major red carpet impact.
Robin Wright is nominated Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a TV Series, Drama for her hit Netflix web series "House of Cards," again come Sunday night. Robin has recently brought a minimalist wardrobe in neutrals to the red carpet in all of her ensembles and I am predicting that is not going to change any time soon. Based on that is why I picked this cream Ralph Rucci Spring 2015 RTW crepe silk dress that features sheer mesh panels on the upper arm and just below the knee and a soft v-neckline. I think that Robin would look stunning in this gown really showcasing her mastering minimalism. Gold sandals would be all that I would add to finish this look off for the red carpet for Sunday's Golden Globe Awards.
Ruth Wilson has been slowly growing on me with her red carpet style as time runs on. I am hoping that this pattern continues at Sunday night's Golden Globe Awards where her role in the Showtime breakout hit "The Affair" has garnered her a nomination for Best Actress in a TV Series, Drama. Despite the fact that I believe that Robin Wright will ultimately take home the trophy I am hoping Ruth will bring it for the Globes. I picked this navy Elie Saab Fall 2014 Couture embellished ball gown with cape like blouse for this red carpet. This is a very dramatic statement for an actress not nominated for film or expected to win in her category to make but I think it is one that Ruth could and would pull off with great aplomb. A wavy bob, a red lip, and a pair of dyed to match navy sandals would make this a perfect red carpet look for Ruth and the Golden Globe Awards.
I have been in love with Taylor Schilling since her first Emmy Awards back in 2013 where she wowed in a custom white hot Thakoon gown. It was her big break into the red carpet world and her steam has not even started to slow. With a nomination for Best Actress in a TV Series, Comedy or Musical thanks to her hit Netflix web series "Orange Is The New Black" I am hoping that her steam doesn't slow. After donning couture for the 2014 Emmy Awards I think we are setting up to see Taylor wear an even more amazing couture look Sunday night. I would love to see her in this amazing Atelier Versace Fall 2014 Couture one shoulder white gown that features color blocking with black and silver Swarovski embellishments on the bodice and strap. Finish the look with a white clutch, and white sandals covered in crystal embellishments a red lip, a pair of short drop earrings, and a chic up-do will make sure that Taylor wins the night on the red carpet even if she doesn't take home one of the coveted Golden Globes.
Last year was a big year for Uzo Aduba. She won an Emmy and a Critics Choice Award for her role as Crazy Eyes in the Netflix series "Orange Is The New Black" and Sunday night she is nominated, and expected to win, Best Supporting Actress in a Series, Mini-Series, or Motion Picture Made for Television. Uzo also made leaps and bounds on the red carpet, unexpectedly wowing me wearing a vampy red custom Christian Siriano gown at the 2014 Emmy Awards. I am hoping that she brings the same wow to me come Sunday night. I picked this optical white hand beaded Zac Posen Spring 2015 RTW that features a boned bustier bodice, a tonal hand embroidered and beaded panel at the front, an angular construction at the sides and pleating at the back because I think that it is time to see Uzo have a real princess moment. She is not longer a guest star and the spotlight is on her. Finish the look with some stunning statement earrings, a diamond bracelet, a pair of silver pumps, a bold red lip, and slicked back elegant hair to ensure that Uzo has a major moment on the Golden Globes red carpet.
Viola Davis killed, no pun intended, her performance as Annalise Keating in the breakout ABC drama "How To Get Away With Murder." It came as no surprise that she earned a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actress in a TV Series, Drama for the show. I am praying to the awards gods that she takes home the trophy because I absolutely love her in this show. I picked a bold gown for her to wear as I believe that it will be her big night. This hot pink Ralph Lauren Spring 2015 RTW silk tulle skirted gown with a t-shirt top with stunning necklace style embellishments would make for a wow moment from that actress that has really failed to light my fire as of late. A pink clutch, the runways pink sandals, and a red lip will finish this look off and almost guarantee that Viola will top best dressed lists.

If you want to join the conversation I will be joining Kelly from Dream In Lace with a live Twitter commentary on what all the stars are wearing. So please join me (@FutureStylist93) and Kelly (@DreamInLace) at about 5 PM EST for all kinds of fashion ID's and LOTS of snarky commentary.

2015 Golden Globe Awards: Claire, Julia, Julianna, & Maggie Wish List

Today starts all of the Golden Globe red carpet wishes for the stars of the small screen. Claire Danes is nominated, yet again, at Sunday nights Golden Globe Awards for Best Actress in a TV Series, Drama for her work in the Showtime hit series "Homeland." At the Golden Globe Awards every time that Claire has received a nomination she took home a trophy. Will she do it again this year? My sources tell me that it is pretty unlikely. But I am sure that she will still win at the red carpet. I turned to one of Claire's favorite red carpet designers Giorgio Armani and his Spring 2015 RTW collection to pick the gown for her to wear for the Golden Globes. I think that this silvery grey silk tulle halter gown with a mid section cutout, crystal embellishments on the neckline, and an asymmetrical hemline would make for such a beautiful red carpet moment for Claire. A pair of silver sandals, an elegant updo, and a pretty pink lip would finish this look off perfectly for the red carpet at the Globes.
Julia Louis-Dreyfus is nominated at Sunday night's Golden Globe Awards for Best Actress in a TV Series, Comedy or Musical thanks to her HBO series "VEEP." I have to say that despite her never being one of the women that I really look forward to seeing on the red carpet she has slowly been inching her way onto that list wearing stunning creations from designers like Narciso Rodriguez, Monique Lhuillier, and Carolina Herrera. I figure that Julia will wear a custom gown, like she normally does, but if she were to pick a gown off the runway I would pick this baby blue Oscar de la Renta Spring 2015 RTW collection. This is from the late designers final collection and I am sure that the looks are under very strict lock and key only allowing few individuals access to these gowns for the red carpet. I think that this silhouette would look amazing on Julia and is a softer color than we are used to seeing her wear. Finish the look with a gold embellished clutch and a pair of gold sandals to ensure that all eyes are on Julia.
I am praying that Julianna Margulies, who is nominated Sunday night for Best Actress in a TV Series, Drama thanks to her role as Alicia Florrick on the CBS drama "The Good Wife," brings a major red carpet moment like I know that she can. I want to see her turn this Balenciaga Spring 2015 RTW white cap sleeve cocktail dress turn into a stunning column gown. The gown would feature the same shirred chiffon panels down the side, sequin lattice cap sleeves, and floral embroidered bust line as the cocktail dress just being cut off the the floor with no train. Finish the look with a silver metal Lee Savage clutch, a pair of silver metallic sandals, a pair of diamond cluster earrings, a vintage inspired hairstyle, and a bold red lip to ensure that Julianna juts to the top of the best dressed list.
Maggie Gyllenhaal is a movie star nominated for Best Actress in a Mini-Series or a Motion Picture Made for Television for her role in "The Honorurable Woman." I am hoping that despite her television nomination that she brings couture to the red carpet or custom Prada. Since I cant predict a custom design, and I am almost banking on Maggie wearing a custom Prada design, I decided to turn to my red carpet king Elie Saab to pick a gown for Maggie to wear to the Golden Globes on Sunday night. This stunning copper and blue ombre Elie Saab Fall 2014 Couture long sleeve gown with all over embellished embroidery would make for an amazing red carpet look for Maggie for this awards show. I would finish this gown bronze clutch, black sandals, and a bold red lip to ensure that this is an amazing red carpet look for Maggie.

2015 Golden Globe Awards: Lorde, Meryl, Reese, & Rosamund Wish List

The eccentric Australian indie pop star Lorde is nominated for Best Original Song, Motion Picture for her hit song "Yellow Flicker Beat" from "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1" at the Golden Globe Awards this coming Sunday. I am excited to see what the awkward red carpet star will wear for her big night amongst the film and television elite. Having established a relationship with Karl Lagerfeld and the House of Chanel, I could find no better option for her to wear than this grey Chanel Fall 2014 Couture tea length gown which features an embellished crop top that is embellished with crystals and cement beads. I think that this hard meets soft off the wall look would make for a perfect red carpet look for Lorde. I would pair the look with the runways concrete embellished flat sandals, her hair in its natural curly manner, and purple lipstick to make this a perfect look for the young singer for her first Movie/TV awards show.
What would awards season be without a nomination for the goddess Meryl Streep? This would definitely come as a shock, and thankfully we are not going to find out just yet. The iconic actress is nominated for Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture for her role as the witch in "Into The Woods." I recently saw this film and Meryl was absolutely fabulous but I do not believe that this role will give her the Globe but every actress in the category is absolutely amazing. For the event I would love to see Meryl wear this navy blue Carolina Herrera Pre-Fall 2015 floral bouquet silk faille off the shoulder ball gown with an overlapping fold-over detail at the neckline with a fitted bodice, long sleeves, and a full ball skirt with a vibrant floral print. I saw this gown in the lookbook and immediately put this gown on reserve for Meryl for awards season in my mind. Finish the look with a chic up do, red lip, gold sandals, and a red clutch to ensure that Meryl looks absolutely amazing on the Golden Globes red carpet this coming Sunday night.
"Wild" has earned Reese Witherspoon a Golden Globe Award nomination for Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Drama and I really can not wait to see what she will wear on the red carpet come Sunday night. During her promo tour for this film, which included the Toronto International Film Festival and London Film Festival, Reese wore black almost exclusively. She also wore black and white to the unofficial awards season kick off, so I am hoping and praying for color at the Golden Globe Awards. This is why I picked this pale pink Antonio Berardi Spring 2015 RTW sleeveless silk organza gown that features a fully embroidered attached cape. This is a simple gown from the front but definitely has a dramatic back. A pair of light gold Jimmy Choo 'Vamp' platform sandals, a light pink Edie Parker 'Lara' clutch, some Van Cleef & Arpels Pierres de Caractère Precious Light earrings, and a vintage Van Cleef & Arpels gold and diamond chain link bracelet would be the perfect accessories to compliment this ensemble. Finish the look with an old Hollywood up-do, simple eye makeup, and a red lip so that it will be sure that Reese has the perfect red carpet moment.
Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Drama nominee for "Gone Girl" Rosamund Pike has always been a favorite on the red carpet and since she just gave birth a few short weeks ago it will be interesting to see what she will bring to the red carpet at the Golden Globe Awards this Sunday. At the Palm Springs Film Festival Awards Gala Rosamund wore a trapeze dress that did not show any of her post baby body. I am hoping that she shows it off come Sunday night. This light to dark red ombre Elie Saab Fall 2015 Couture chiffon gown with a deep v-neckline would be an AMAZING red carpet moment. I would imagine that with the right shapewear and corsetry that any lingering problem areas would be relatively hidden and all that would be left would be Rosamund looking like she is ready to take home a Globe. Accessorize the look with the matching Elie Saab runway clutch, a pair of red sandals, a pair of diamond chandelier earrings, and a diamond bracelet to ensure that the gown is allowed to sing. A red lip, simple bun, and her fabulous smile are the last perfect finishing touches to ensure that all eyes will be on her.

2015 Golden Globe Awards: Jessica, Julianne, Keira, & Lana Wish List

Ladies & gentlemen, the official kickoff of the race to the Academy Awards known as the Golden Globe Awards is just a week away! What would awards season be without an appearance from Jessica Chastain? I do not know and happily we will not have to endure that as Jessica has a nomination for Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture thanks to her work in the film "A Most Violent Year." I am excited to see what the beautiful American actress is going to bring to the red carpet. I am picking this Elie Saab Spring 2015 RTW cornflower blue silk gown that features lace panels and a full length cape for added dramatic effect. I know very few women who could really make this gown work and with her grace, elegance, and presence Jessica is at the top of that list. Finish the look with a pair of gold sandals, diamond cluster earrings inlaid in yellow gold, a sleek up-do, and a bold pink lip will ensure that Jessica takes home the Best Dressed award even if she doesn't take home a Golden Globe.
The big nominee of the night is Julianne Moore, who has garnered TWO nominations one for Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Drama for "Still Alice" and one for Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Musical/Comedy for "Maps to the Stars." Both were amazing performances that could end up with her taking an award home, and I am predicting that she will take home at least one. I would love to see her wearing this amazing white gown from the Givenchy Fall 2007 Couture collection. If anyone can delve into the Givenchy archives, it would be Julianne. This white gown with silver embellishments might be draped for a Grecian goddess but one that is ready for battle and I think that edge makes it perfect for Julianne. Add a silver clutch, white Stuart Weitzman 'Nudist' sandals, simple Bulgari diamonds in the ear and on the red wrist to ensure the dress is not over accessorized. A red lip and sleek pulled back hair would add the perfect finishing touches to a winning look for one of my favorite red carpet red-heads.
It looks like the first awards season appearance that we will see Keira Knightley make, after the announcement of her pregnancy last month, will be at the 2015 Golden Globe Awards next Sunday. The stunning brunette Brit has had a lasting relationship with the house of Chanel, acting as a spokesmodel for the houses "Coco Mademoiselle' fragrance. I am putting good money on Keira wearing the brand for the Golden Globes. I dug into the houses archives and found this black and white tiered gown with a floral halter from the Chanel Spring 2008 Couture collection. I would remove the feathered cape to make it more acceptable for an "American" red carpet. I think that this would showcase a baby bump in a subtle way which is totally Keira. A simple pair of black sandals, a black Chanel clutch, and some Chanel Fine Jewelry will finish this look off in an elegant manner.
Last but not least for the film nominees I have Lana Del Rey who's song "Big Eyes" from the movie of the same name. I actually love the song. It is creepy and sensual all at the same time. With that all being said I am not exactly excited about her red carpet moment. Lana usually leaves me feeling less than impressed when she takes to the red carpet. You can tell that she just doesn't care. I picked this black Georges Chakra Fall 2014 Couture gown which features embellishments down the front center and an embroidered silk tulle cape for Lana to wear for the Golden Globes. I think that this is something that would take her slightly out of her comfort zone and make a real statement despite is basic black color. A pair of black high heeled sandals, a red lip, and a chic old Hollywood up do would finish this look off perfectly for the red carpet at the Golden Globe Awards next Sunday night.

2015 Golden Globe Awards: Amy, Emily, Emma, Felicity, Helen, & JenniferWish List

Amy Adams is nominated at the 2015 Golden Globe Awards, which are one week from tomorrow, for Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy thanks to her role in Tim Burton's "Big Eyes." I am sooooooo excited to see what she will wear on the red carpet. I am also sure that since Amy won the same award last year for "American Hustle" that she will be on hand as a presenter at the awards next Sunday. It might be a stretch, mostly because it is similar to the Valentino gown she wore last year, but I would love to see Amy wear this J. Mendel Pre-Fall 2015 burnt orange lurex chiffon gown with a deep v-neck. I think that this gown is a sexy look for Amy who tends to favor more classic elegant looks. The burnt orange color would just electrify me as I love when the red headed actress wears red tone colors on the red carpet. Finish the look with a bronze and gold Jimmy Choo 'Mosaic' clutch, a pair of bronze Gucci 'Taryn' sandals, and a simple updo Amy will channel Studio 54 and old Hollywood glamour to provide the perfect punch to the golden globes red carpet.
Emily Blunt, much like Amy Adams, is nominated for Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy. Emily earned her nomination for playing the Baker's Wife in the musical sensation "Into The Woods." I have to say that I am really excited to see what Emily will be wearing for her red carpet run this awards season. Emily has just blossomed into this amazing red carpet star since her breakout season promoting "The Devil Wears Prada" back in 2006. Red is always a big color for the red carpet and I am so excited to see the many shades take to the red carpet. I picked this stunning Marchesa Pre-Fall 2015 embroidered v-neck tulle ball gown in a shade of deep red which would make major red carpet statement. Amy hasn't had a major Marchesa moment in a long time and I think that it is time to change that. Some rubies and diamonds laid in yellow gold in her ears and on her wrist as well as a pair of gold Stuart Weitzman 'Nudist' sandals in gold would be the perfect accessories for Emily and this gown. Finish the look with an elegant updo and a red lip to ensure that all eyes are on Emily and that she makes best dressed list everywhere.
Emma Stone is always a favorite when she takes to the red carpet. I am excited to see the actress who's role in "Birdman" has earned her a Golden Globe nomination for Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture. The last time Emma walked the red carpet at the Golden Globe Awards was back in 2012 wearing custom Lanvin and that gown landed on my Best Dressed of the Year list that year. I am expecting a moment on the same level come the 2015 Golden Globes next Sunday night. I am just putting red heads in all the colors that I love to see them in. Emma should rock this amazing Ralph Lauren Spring 2015 RTW canary yellow tulle ballgown with a portrait neckline. It would be hard to top the ultimate Ralph Lauren/Golden Globes red carpet moment of Lupita Nyong'o in her red caped gown from last year but I think that this stunning confection would totally be able to do that. Simple earrings, old Hollywood waves, and gold sandals would ensure that Emma is a bright ray of sunshine on the 2015 Golden Globe Awards red carpet.
Felicity Jones really showed up when it came to her "The Theory of Everything " promo tour and now that she has a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Drama thanks to the film I am excited to see what she will bring to the red carpets during awards season. For the Golden Globes I picked this Oscar de la Renta Pre-Fall 2015 champagne silk tulle rise and fall hem gown completely covered in ivory scroll embroidery. Felicity really works the 1950s and 1960s inspired looks when it comes to her red carpet dressing, a real classic beauty, which is exactly what this dress is. I could picture this dress on Audrey Hepburn has she been in her prime in this day in age. Finish the look with a pair of simple gold sandals, a chic updo, a pink lip, and simple diamond dazzlers in her ears and Felicity is set to take the red carpet by storm and maybe take home a trophy.
I love to see Helen Mirren on the red carpet because the 69 year old actress, who is nominated for Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy for her film "The Hundred Foot Journey," always wows me. This is going to be a big year for Helen on the red carpet. From awards season to movie premieres to fulfilling her new duties as a L'Oreal Paris ambassador at the Cannes Film Festival, we are bound to see Helen on the red carpet a lot. Helen has worn Badgley Mischka to the Golden Globe Awards a few times before and I would love to see her do so again wearing this look from the brands Pre-Fall 2015 collection. I think that this midnight blue body hugging gown with lots of crystal embroidery would look stunning on Helen. I love to see her show off her banging body. You know what the day. If you got it flaunt it, and Helen definitely has "it." A pair of black pumps and a black clutch would finish this look of with a wavy hairstyle and a bold red lip.
Last but not least for today I give you all a wish for Jennifer Aniston. I have never really been a fan of Jennifer Aniston as she really bores me on the red carpet. I am hoping that the Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Drama nominee for the film "Cake" will give me something to talk about, in a good way, at the Globes next Sunday. I picked this simplistic white one shoulder gown from the Valentino New York Sala Bianca 945 collection that was presented in New York City last month to celebrate the grand reopening of the Valentino NYC flagship. This simple gown from one of Jens favorite red carpet designers and is simple. The fact that it isn't a black dress would make this a revolutionary red carpet look for Jennifer. Gold accessories and no doubt the same hairstyle and natural makeup will finish this look off for a bit of a step out of Jennifer's box for the Golden Globes red carpet.

2015 Golden Globe Awards: Hostesses Tina Fey & Amy Poehler Wish List

The FABULOUS comedy duo of Amy Poehler and Tina Fey will be once again hosting the Golden Globe Awards which are just a week and two days away. Neither lady has ever been on the forefront of fashion but seeing what they bring to the red carpet and the stage is always a pleasure. The two usually bring their best to the red carpet at this event. I am choosing to outfit each lady in one single designer for the night as that is what they normally do. For Amy I picked three looks for her to wear from Badgley Mischka, all from their Pre-Fall 2015. For the red carpet I have picked this black strapless sweetheart neck mermaid gown that features beaded and feather embellishments. Black has always been Amy's go to color for the red carpet and I think that this design would just look stunning on her. To open the show I went to the opposite of the color spectrum, white. I think that this is so much better for the show than a black dress because it will stand out against a most likely dark stage. Speaking of standing out I would also love to see Amy wear this magenta gown that features gunmetal crystal encrusted floral embellishments. I love to see Amy wow in a pop of color especially since she usually sticks to black and white for all of her red carpet options.
For a good part of the end of 2014 Tina Fey stuck with the designs of Christian Siriano for her red carpet appearances, and I am hoping that the two will partner for her looks for the 2015 Golden Globes next Sunday night. I I have to say that I am actually excited to see what Tina will bring to the red carpet because she has been trying to bust out of her LBD comfort zone. For the red carpet I went to the Christian Siriano Spring 2015 RTW collection and found this stunning navy blue caped column gown for the perfect red carpet moment. It is not anything earth shattering but the fact that it is sophisticated and not black I think that this will make for a perfect red carpet moment. Tina has been known to take her red carpet look and make it one of the two looks that she wears during the show. I am hoping that this year that she puts that idea aside and really goes full glam hostess for the event. I would love to see her kick the night off wearing this black gown from the Christian Siriano Fall 2014 RTW collection. I think that this silhouette is perfect for Tina ans will make her look 10 feet tall and despite being black this look is anything but basic, with it's embellished bodice and peplum train. And last but not least I think that this Christian Siriano Pre-Fall 2015 full skirted cocktail dress would make a great addition to Tina's hostess wardrobe. She wore a tea length dress by the late L'Wren Scott two years ago and I thought it was a revolutionary idea as major awards show hostesses are always expected to wear long glam gowns but I think that this iridescent purple cocktail dress makes just as much impact as a big ball gown.
