Emmy Rossum is a very under appreciated red carpet actress. Every time that she steps out on the red carpet she looks absolutely stunning. For the premiere of her new movie 'Beautiful Creatures' I would love to see Emmy wear this Marchesa Pre-Fall 2013 dress. I think that this dress is elegant and everything that embodies the Marchesa brand. I could see Emmy wearing this dress with her hair like it is in the picture on the left, a black clutch, and bright red patent leather pumps. I would love to see this wish come true as I love Emmy and I am sure she will wow me no matter what she wears.
