Runway Report: Stephane Rolland Spring 2015 Couture

Stephane Rolland always gives me sculptural realness when he presents his couture collections. The Stephane Rolland Spring 2015 Couture did not disappointing in this arena in the least bit. Taking black and white and adding hints of silver, gold, and brown made this amazing collection come to life. Shown in an all white industrial space, this collection infused classic shapes and then made them seem new and modern. Ballet-esque silhouettes opened the show and were followed by dazzling red carpet gowns and glamorous jumpsuits and I am exactly ensured that there will be some major red carpet moments that will come out of this collection.
These gowns are definitely screaming for the international red carpets but I am hoping for a major moment for the red carpets on Oscar night. If one of these gowns is not worn at the actual Academy Awards, then I am hoping that someone picks up a gown for either the Elton John or Vanity Fair parties. We will definitely see the likes of Paz Vega and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini during the Cannes Film Festival and on the back on supermodel Nieves Alvarez, who walked in the show.
